Store clean and allowing only recommended amount of customers in store at a time. hand sanitizer used frequently. Jewelry cleaned prior to letting me try on and again afterwards. Thank you Dean

Jason is the best!! He will take the time to help anyone and stay with you for any amount of time to get you what you want! He isnt a pushy salesman in wanting you to go over your price range! He truly helped my husband and I get exactly what we wanted!! I highly recommend Jason!

Im not happy with Cville zales!!! Everytime I call no one answers the phone. And this big guy that works there is always disrespectful and rude. And it not once like that its everytime I see him...Im going to just go to the one in harrisonburg. Cause soon as I called them for the first time which was today they answered the phone right away and was very polite.

Love love love my ring, went to get it cleaned per the warranty, my fiancé and I were browsing for bands he likes and Josh the manager was so helpful and found such a great deal we purchased it yesterday. Friendly, willing to help and a smooth purchase. Highly recommend this location.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I WOULD LIKE GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 5 (-5) STARS, THEY MADE A HUGE MISTAKE ON AN ENGAGEMENT RING EXCHANGE BY SENDING INCORRECT DATA TO THE CREDIT BANK, GIVING US RECEIPTS THAT SAY THE RINGS WE HAVE ARE ON A 36 MONTH CREDIT PLAN, BUT THE BANK HAS THEM ON A 12 MONTH CREDIT PLAN. A YEAR LATER WE WERE SURPRISED WITH AN UNEXPECTED ROLLOVER INTEREST CHARGE AND THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING US INCREDIBLY HIGH MONTHLY INTEREST THE 8 MONTHS SINCE.THE CREDIT BANK, (Comenity Capital Bank) HAS BEEN STRINGING US ALONG ALL OF THIS TIME PRETENDING THEY CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM UNTIL NOW, COLLECTING THEIR HIGH INTEREST. NOW THEY SAY THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.THE MANAGER OF THE STORE STILL WILL NOT ADMIT THE STORES MISTAKE, EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM SPECIFIED IN THE RETURN RECEIPT FOR THE INITIAL ENGAGEMENT RING PURCHASED DOES NOT MATCH THE NAME AND PRICE OF THE ITEM IN THE INITIAL PURCHASE RECIEPT WHICH WAS PLACED ON A 12 MONTH CREDIT PLAN. OUR NEXT PURCHASE WAS ON SAME DAY AS THE RETURN OF THAT RINGP AND OUR RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES THAT THE RINGS ARE ON THE 36 MONTH CREDIT PLAN. THE STORE MANAGER PRETENDS THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THAT HE CAN DO TO HELP, DOES NOT WANT TO ANSWER ANYMORE QUESTIONS, AND IS NOW TRYING TO AVOID US. WE ARE SUING THEM!AFTER ALL OF THIS TROUBLE, I WILL NEVER ALLOW MYSELF OR MY HUSBAND TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR THIS COMPANY AGAIN, EVEN IF THEY RETURN ALL OF THE MONEY THEM AND THEIR BANKING PARTNERS HAVE BEEN STEALING FROM US AND GIVE US THE RINGS FOR FREE!

Poor professionalism. I bought a few rings from them (three, and returned all of them each time because I was not happy with my choice). They were very kind with tolerating me, but I went to Kay Jewlers across from Zales, and Joshua, the manager, called over to Kay to tell Kay that I bought and returned rings and speak negatively about me. Gossiping about a client is unprofessional and not tolerable for me. They will not have my business ever again. I was going to do a custom ring with them, but now I’ll be going elsewhere.

I took my Bulova Precisionist watch to this Zales three times to try and get them to honor the warranty and fix it, because the watch no longer worked. I had purchased the watch in 2011 with a three year manufacturer warranty and a two year extended warranty. This would keep the watch under warranty until 2016. 1. They claimed the warranties run together and they do not offer an extended warranty, even though the receipt said it was an extended warranty. 2. They said my watch does not run with a battery and they would have to send it to be repaired. 3. They would not look to see if my watch did take a battery and would not touch it. The watch was purchased at Zales and Zales is a carrier of Bulova watches. 4. A lady told us she worked at Zales for over 20 years and offered no solutions on how to fix this watch that was purchased at Zales! I do not recommend Zales to anybody purchasing jewelry. I took this watch to Finks Jewelers in the Barracks Road shopping center. The offered me great customer service and found that my watch does run with by battery power and fixed it for $12.95 within the hour!
