Maker Design Loft seems to stock quite a lot of Russian designers here. Apart from fashion items which take up most of the first and all of the second floor space, theres also a little spot of homewares or novelty items and a little cafe bar. Prices of the items can be quite expensive similar to local indie brands elsewhere. Theres a young and hip vibe to it.
A bit off the regular tourist track but well worth checking if youre interested in creative individual designs-mainly clothing for females and some bags. Friendly English speaking personnel
An awesome place when you want to get a quality product by one of the Russian designers. Many of the products use recycled materials and add a folklore motives. If you want a practical souvenir from Russia or just do some original it is definitely the place. The ratio of price to quality is also better than most Western brands that are priced in a mid-tier category (e.g. Sandro, Kooples, Zadig & Voltaire).

I cant say anything about the design, I can say about coffee. For the take away format, it is slightly overprice. It would be where to sit comfortably, then there would be norms.
