Lily was excellent to work with! They have many items in house so you can touch and feel the fabric, and get a feel for the fit of the product. Lily didn’t rush me at all, and was extremely helpful in my product selections. She had recommendations for me based on my style and preferences. Due to supply chain issues completely out of their control, many products and colors are unavailable right now. Lily was knowledgeable about the products and was able to guide me to suitable replacements. I can’t wait for my order to come in- so far the process has been fantastic!

Im responsible for coming up with a design for 50 family reunion t-shirts. I chose Custom Ink because I was impressed with their excellent website with plenty of templates to choose from. Once I had decided on a template, the website allowed me to brainstorm a number of ideas and share them with my siblings to narrow our choices down to one or two. Once I had done that and stored them on their website I decided to go into their store to get some expert advice. It was very easy to make an appointment on-line within a couple of days. My wife and I sat down with the sales representative and he searched their website for the two designs we had worked on at home. We spent about 45 minutes trying various font and shirt colors to narrow it down to one design. Based on our design we were able to select a shirt style that would satisfy our needs and that we could order in both crew and v next styles. It was nice to be able to actually hold and feel the material the shirt was made of. Once we were satisfied, we were able to calculate the cost based on our estimated number of shirt and sizes. The entire process was quick and easy. Our sales representative, Nathan, was very professional and a great help in coming up with a shirt that everyone in the family will be proud of. We also discussed custom coffee mugs and hats for future projects I am working on. I definitely plan to use Custom Ink for other projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tess helped me find a tee shirt that had the kind of material I wanted (soft and stretchy) in the color I wanted, as well as a typeface/font and illustration (also in the color I wanted) that combined to produce a result that was just right. And she accomplished it all in a timely manner - the lady knows her software! The product arrived within a weeks time. Its all good!

Dropped into the store at North Barracks Road today to talk ask an off-the-wall design question regarding graphics for a tee shirt. The staff was so friendly and energetic! And the answer to my off-the-wall question was a quick absolutely we can do that!If you have not had a chance to try these folks, they are wonderful to work with. Huge selection of products and the final product surpassed my expectations (which we pretty high). And great prices.They are my new go-to custom tee shirt store.

The in-store service was very good. However, the art department was not very helpful. It was very obvious that some of the shirts did not work well with the design and little effort was made to follow the in-store provided notes to refine the design and text. I had to go through several e-mails and phone calls to adjust the proofs myself. They acted like clerks vice designers. Overall the final product looks good on 4 of the 6 shirts and ok on the other two.3/29/18 follow up. The customer service team did reach out to me and worked diligently to understand the problems. The team also expedited reprinting shirts to ensure I ended up with a good product in time, although the image on one of those was slightly offset. In the end, I was happy with the product, and custom ink did not hesitate to make corrections and offer me a refund for the one shirt. They are capable of producing very good products and offer a an easy to use website along with in-store services. Hopefully, they are learning from these experiences to deliver a consistent high quality product. I would try them again based on their customer service efforts to get the product right.

I worked with a great guy named Nathan who helped me design three different Tees. My husband and I are huge UVA baseball fans and with Custom Ink and Nathans help we have custom Tees that we enjoy wearing! Its easy, fun and priced right -- good the quality too.

My daughter wanted to use her “one free shirt printed in front of you” coupon from the Barracks shopping center coupon book. We walked in and were greeted and helped by Tess, who was wonderful (and patient with a 9 year old designing a single girls rule T-shirt). The design was complete in about 5 minutes and Tess said she would call us in about 45 minutes once the shirt was ready. I would definitely recommend their services and it looked like they had a wide variety of shirts, pants, hats, etc to print on.

The most amazing store! I’m a small business owner, who is quickly expanding. After a brief visit to the store, I knew with out a doubt that I had to look no further. Between their customer service, print capabilities, and ability to source various materials one may need, I’d confidently recommend this store to any one!

Have ordered from them 5-7 times over the past several years. Always been happy until I ordered Navy. Their navy is best described as deep-black-navy. Looks completely black unless you get real close. They refused to admit fault even after acknowledging the navy is a different color than the website and packing slip. To their credit they offered a 30% refund, but that doesnt get me the right shirts for my event. Shirts are ruined. Have always been happy before, so just stay away from the navy.

Great experience with Nathan at Charlottesville Custom Ink. I was familiar with custom ink from commercials on tv, but i like a personal experience and be able to see things in person, not just online that i want to order. When I drove by and saw the office, I decided to stop in. Boy am I glad I did. I worked with Nathan for about 3 weeks and he was so patient with me as I really didn’t know what I wanted. He spent multiple times with me when I stopped in at random and also a lot of emails. I finally made my decisions, ordered our companies “swag” and was thrilled with the results. For many years, some girlfriends and I have taken an annual beach trip. 2019 marked the 30th year for many of us, and we wanted t-shirts to celebrate the occasion.
