Just an awesome local building supply company...Sure you may pay a little extra for some stuff, but they treat people so great here and have given me some small stuff here and there for free even (which was not expected, but certainly appreciated!!)Customer service is bar none here and I would recommend this company to anyone!!

We decided to go with BRBS instead of Lowes thinking we would get superior customer service. Dianna works really hard and is super sweet, but is overworked. Things were not ordered on time for our kitchen, charges were made to my credit card with out my authorization, things were left off our order, and we were overcharged for things we did not need. In addition, there were costly delays and my phone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner. Overall, our kitchen renovation turned out great, but there was a lot of micro managing on our part to push it forward.

Staff is always spot on and super helpful

I have used this supply for almost 15 years on a regular basis. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and honest, and they stock all the standard building materials and parts. I prefer to support a well run locally owned business like this over the anonymous big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes.
