I drive to this Kid to Kid simply because I think its bigger, nicer, and has a great selection. The staff is always nice and helpful.The selection is pretty good. I love the sales. I do try to go when I have time to look through stuff and make sure what Im getting isnt stained.They have a large selection of winter gear in August and September. I have not had very good luck with finding shoes here. And the toys are mostly for 3 and under.If you are bringing in clothes, there is a 2 box/basket limit, per day. They no longer accept clothing in garbage bags. Clothing must be clean and laid flat in the containers. I try to make sets of clothes. Its easier for the staff to choose them if they are already paired I feel. In my experience I have been able to get more in store credit than cash out. I just shop while they are going through my stuff. I usually only owe a couple bucks for the trade.

Great Experience here! They dont pay you a ton for your trade ins but honestly what can you expect. The girls were super friendly and honestly made the experience so fun! They have great stock as well. 100% would recommend them! I have both sold to them and bought from them.

Great customer service but 8.99 for an old Circo jacket? I have no qualms paying more for better higher quality name brands but so much of their merchandise was overpriced.

I took my kids stuff there ,most of the stuff was new or barley used .they took 16 items from my stuff,one of the employ told me you can get $25 cash or $27 store credits ,I said $25 cash ,then she told me okay you good to go ,we will send the amount to your phone number ,I got little bit confused ,but I said maybe they changed their payment system,I didn’t got my payment,until next day afternoon ,I called them they didn’t even say sorry Adam who’s the guy I talked to him ,he was very rude and told me come back take your payment or we don’t give you cash you have to get store credit,I told him I am almost 20 minutes far I can’t drive 40 minutes to get $25 ,then he accepted to send me the money from venmo ,but he send me $4 less when ?!which I totally remember how much the lady said for sure ,it was 24 hours so I am not gonna forget that ,I will never go back to that store

They had so many cute newborn baby boy clothes and they all look brand new. I will definitely be coming back. The prices were so good and even gave me a discount on a onesie because the matching pants were gone. Super nice and sweet girls up at the front that answered all my questions.

This location always has excellent quality in their selection. My favorite is their shoes. Join the text program to be notified of sales and what they are buying. The staff is always very friendly too.

Felt like some items were overpriced for something used. Didnt have a lot of options for what I was looking for-not really their fault-the store was clean and organized.

They offer a great price for used things and give great money for your used things. We always bring in the things our kids have outgrown and plan to bring a bunch of toys in before Christmas. We found our kids snow clothes here this year and paid a fraction of what we would have anywhere else. With how quickly kids grow out of things, you can’t lose going with consignment.

I originally went in expecting like a thrift shop but it really didnt give me that feel what so ever. The employees where also kind, helpful and would engage in casual conversation. I think Kid to Kid is great! The concept is awesome. I am not one who like the full price of clothes and toys especially with how fast they grow out of them and tire of toys. My boys love the Melissa and Doug toys there, we got some of the water color reveal pages today and Im so glad we did! The staff was very friendly and it was very easy to get in and get out as quick as I needed. We will be back! #lfthx

They have a lot of stuff but its kind of squeezed in so its hard to look at it all. A lot of things are very nice and in great condition. You can clothe your kids for school at a decent price! I would definitely recommend it.

I have loved this location in the past and had a great experience selling and buying, but today I called to ask about buying hours and said I would be coming in and when I arrived I was greeted by 2 employees telling me they werent buying due to an event. I was kind, but did ask why I wasnt told that on the phone when I had called in, so I asked if I could wait for a manager that I was told was on break to find out if I could leave my bins until the next buying day, accepting the risk of items being taken before the buy because I planned on donating after anyway. They said I could wait for the manager who was on a break because it wasnt a drop off location, so I walked around the store while I waited. When the manager, Ashley, came back from break, she immediately was aggressive and angry with me for making her come back early (which I never asked for...I was content as can be to wait and shop and I even called the Lehi location while I waited to see if I could drop off there instead of taking everything home). Ashley asked me to leave the store and never come back....I stood in shock and so did the 2 teen employees in all honesty because they knew I never lost my temper, just was frustrated and was waiting to see if I could leave my items. I cant imagine what Ashley was going through today to be so rude, but I wouldnt want to shop at this location again in the future.

The teller was so helpful and cheerful. And the selection is the best of any of the consignment shops around. I got a Janie and Jack dress that is surely $50 in store for $6 in perfect condition. I’m very pleased with my experience.

So happy this place exists! With how fast kiddos grow I just cant justify buying my daughter new clothes all the time. I also love that I can bring in clothes that are in good condition. I normally would hold onto them for friends or in case I have another little girl but I just dont have the storage for that anymore. I feel good knowing that the clothes are still getting used at a decent price and that Ill get credit for future purchases.

The service at the Sandy location is great. They do their best to accommodate everyone who shops and sells there. They also provide a wide variety of styles and sizes and have recommended another store to try since my two oldest have outgrown the sizes they provide.

I know that Im going to find great prices and decent clothes, and many other things. Kids grow fast, and I need to know that I have a place I can depend on without spending too much.

Lots of awesome clothes here! You can take your old clothes and trade them in for new ones or just for some cash on the spot! Who does that? The clothes are pretty good quality but they are a little picky with what you bring in so beware of that but then again thats okay because he know youre getting good stuff on the racks due to their pickiness. Theres lots of good toys there. Pretty intact. Good stock of books well kept. Lots of huge things over head like kitchen sets bikes big wheels walkers, huge selection of strollers and the heap it pretty clean an organized. Easy to find what youre looking for on the spot with your kid tugging on your leg. They have small carts and baskets pretty hospitable. Good staff. Professional and I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend it to anyone trying to save a buck on the kids clothes :-) :-)

Excellent staff and clean and organized store!!!! not like the Salt Lake store that they treat you horrible !!UPDATEI shop here a lot but I had a horrible experience selling, I know that youll get the least money for your items but I got new winter items ( them selling: $14.99 each now.) Plus other cute stuff including a doll crib and I got $15 store credit !!!!! So if I want to buy a nice coat for my daughter thats how much they sell them for!

So normally I cant stand used clothing stores. Mostly because of the quality of clothing and how dirty the stores are... This kid to kid was different almost all the clothes were name brand, and several were new. They even had the tags still on them. The store itself was decently maintained. It didnt give the same vibe as other stores... I will definitely be back.

Way more stuff than I thought. Also, stuff in better shape and condition than I thought. Just some things were a little dirty. Got a really nice walker for our son for just $10.

Sandy Kid to Kid is my favorite place to buy clothes for my constantly growing kids! All their stuff is in great condition and the entire store is well kept and clean. The employees are always super friendly, helpful, and have even helped me put together outfits for my kids! I am so lucky to live so close and love when people ask me where I got something that my kids are wearing so that I can tell them about Kid to Kid in sandy!

Fantastic store just like all of them are. Theyre very fair about us bringing in clothes and getting store credit or cash. Weve even brought in toys that are in good condition and theyll accept them. I shop here a lot and bring clothes here too. Im SO glad the staff has changed. Thank you, management. The girls were caddy and talked down to me and my daughter as if the things we brought in were filthy. We brought in a piece of furniture - a little chair. The girl said, Oh, we dont need those right now. It was in perfect shape. Clean and no rips. While I was shopping, another customer came in with an identical one. I watched the girl take her green one and when I asked this same girl about it, she told me she did not buy it either as they already had too many. I pointed to it there behind the counter and she said that was being held for a customer in the store and it was not new but they had had it in her store about 6 months now. So needless to say I stopped shopping there. I needed some pajamas for my little toddler and really didnt want to but I did go in anyway. I was greeted warmly and treated like a valued customer. Ill put out the good word that a refreshing change has been made and to shop there.

This store was absolutely beautiful. Everything was organized, cleaned and labeled. The toys that were available were very high quality. I wish there were more boys shoes to pick from. The staff was friendly and fast while checking out. Will definitely have to come back again soon!

I love Kid to Kid! It is definitely the best place to find dance shoes and soccer cleats. I have found great deals on name brand clothing for my kids. My kids wear stylish clothes that I paid a fraction of the price for. I have found a Spyder ski coat and pants, Columbia ski pants, True Religion and Abercrombie jeans, a Gap jacket, darling dresses and more. I’m pretty picky about what I buy and only get stuff that looks new, but I think they do a good job at the Sandy location of having a good selection and staying well organized. It is also a great place to find maternity clothes. It is also the best place to find cute hair bows for girls.

I have shopped here for years! Their quality is excellent for second hand, sometimes even brand new.their prices are spot on and they always have a TON of options from clothes, to toys and books.With kids wearing out clothing or growing out so quickly, this is definitely the place to go for the youngsters!

My family had a terrible experience today at this store. My wife and son came in the store only to be screamed at by one of the employees to get out. They are not allowing kids to come in the store, which is understandable right now. If that is the case, then that policy should be clearly displayed and visible from the outside of the store, and you should not have the little kid door unlocked! No kids = keep the kid door locked; makes sense to me. My 2-year-old cried hysterically for 45 minutes afterwards because he isn’t used to adults screaming at him. We are people trying to come support your business reopening. Yelling at people when they come in and do not know all of your new rules that aren’t displayed is a bad move.

Everything Ive been to this location the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I am just a buyer so I dont have any experience selling but I suggest this location to all my parent friends.

If 4:30 pm is your cut off buying time then put 4:30 on your website, not 5:00 pm. I drove from south jordan to arrive between 4:30 and 5 only to be turned away. So frustrating! There’s other kid to kids i could sell to and will most likely sell to others in the future.

This was my first Kid to Kid experience and it was pretty awesome! I bought some seasonal clothes for my baby that I would have never paid full price for at a dept store. I was pleasantly surprised with their pricing. They have new items that like Copper Pearl bibs that are sold individually unlike the CP website. I was also happy that they had books! I joined the book club and will be back each month for my free book!

The few times Ive been here I had good experiences. I found some fun toys for much cheaper than they are new. Some things are pricey, but overall I like this store! The employees were super nice too!

However I felt that the prices of the items not on sale were a little high for being a consignment kid shop. The store is fairly clean. The floors were clear and everything was on shelves or racks. I bought a bunch of clothes for my one year old boy, and had plenty of selection. If anything, I had to stop myself from buying everything that I wanted! They also had plenty of clothes for different seasons. The pricing was amazing, and I was able to get him 4 bottoms and 3 tops for $15. Everything was in good condition. Checkout was super fast. The staff was really friendly. I really like this location, and will be back soon!

This is a great idea to buy used clothes for children who grow so fast. The store is organized by sizes and gender which makes it easy to browse and find items that you need. The owner is an awful rude person. I went in to sell some items and got treated horribly. So instead of stay I packed all my stuff up and left. The staff is also rude whenever I go in. The place is completely trashed all the time. Oh and dont get me started on the toys. I dont know what they are thinking when they buy some of them because Ive seen a lot of junk. Toys and broken, extremely dirty. I wouldnt have my daughter touch anything with a ten foot pool. How this location stays open is beyond me. If I could give this store zero stars I would. It needs new ownership or needs to be closed down. It would do us all a favor if they just werent around anymore.

This is a great place to buy cheap baby clothes. I try not buy new since my little guy grows so fast. It is also right across the street from DI. I usually go to both when Im over there.

After going to Kid to Kid in Sandy, there is no way I would ever want to buy my little boy clothes any where else. I got some stellar stuff and they were currently having a sale where anything stamped blue, was 1/2 off of their already amazing prices. I got barely used shirts for buck!
