BEWARE! This property has water issues under the slab. I recently visited my air conditioned indoor 1st floor B building unit and found my belongs covered in MOLD and a mirror I had standing upright against the rear wall was destroyed by humidity. The owners of the property are taking NO responsibility in the matter even though they are very aware there is an issue. See pic from inside unit of my Ethan Allen mirror that was in immaculate condition when I placed it there late July.

Best customer service, community and prices. The manager was very hands on and friendly. Even working out an option for me to move from a smaller unit into a larger unit to support a move that was sudden. My things were in GoStore It for a little over a year, and it was a joy each time to pull up to a gated, air conditioned, secured, AND CLEAN facility. 9 times out of 10, you dont want to put your stuff in storage, so to know that everything is indeed secure and not filled with vermin, or rodents is a wonderful feeling. Cant think of anything bad to say about my experience between two units. Exceptional & Affordable!

I had a very great experience at Go Store It! The staff is so friendly and kind! I made my reservation, and they gave me about a month and half free of rental space. Steve was very friendly on my last day of renting! He helped my process go through very smoothly! I’d recommend this location with all 5 stars! Great customer service, with friendly staff who achieve to make your service with them of quality and excellence!

TL;DR - Would not recommend. Business is sneaky and ruined all my furniture while covertly amending my contract to no longer cover me for my losses, even though they required me to pay $12/mo for storage insurance.Sneaky business, riddled with mold - they ruined over $1k worth of my furniture due to pervasive mold that was present in multiple units in both buildings. I had insurance to cover this but Go Store It sneakily amended all of the contracts to no longer cover mold damage when they initially discovered the issue a few months prior. Rather than notify any of the tenants of these mold issues, they instead sent an email out to everyone stating During a recent audit of our files we noted that we dont have your signature on the Coverage Addendum. Will you please sign the form and initial the coverage you have and send it back to us. We just want to make sure that if you ever do have to file a claim we have all the paperwork necessary to expedite the process without any issue. Little did I know that this meant they were amending my contract/insurance to no longer cover mold damage. When I notified Go Store It of the mold issues in my unit, I didnt get an apology or anything to try to make it right. They just contacted their attorney and got them to send me a letter saying I had no options.So now Im out >$1,000. Would never use again.

Moving is stressful but Betty made the storage process easy. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. A pleasant surprise was she beat the price I was quoted on line. I was put at ease by her and the clean, secure facility for my belongings.

I have 2 units in Rock Hill Celenese Road that have been broken for 2 months now. After contacting management in Rock Hill about the situation weeks went by and no resolution. I reached out to the Huntersville location today for help. Ms Betty ask if she could makes some calls and call me back. I agreed and within minutes she made contact with the repair person and I was given a time he could fix the problem. I also needed help with my accounts being linked the first of this month and had no way of paying one of the accounts online. I called the Rock Hill location and there wasnt any way to even leave a voice mail for someone to help. Again I reached out to Ms Betty in huntersville for help and she took care of it immediately. I dont know whats going on with the management in Rock Hill but I am sure Ms Betty can advise in the right direction. THANK YOU MS BETTY. THE WORLD NEED MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE LIKE YOU. THANKS AGAIN

Very clean. People were very nice and polite. Prices quite high though. You need to pay some money for insurance,etc.

Betty and Sam were very informative. I stopped by looking for a unit to store some things that will be in my way this holiday season. They were nice enough to show me a couple different units because I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to move out of my house. I will be back to rent as soon as I figure this out. Betty was so very helpful and super quick to get things ready for me to get things stored! I would highly recommend this place. The buildings were very clean and everything seemed really nice.

My fiancé and I booked online and had an issue/question. When we arrived to the storage unit Betty was there to help. She answered all of our questions and helped resolve the issue seamlessly. She was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our unit.

I am moving from out of state and came across this Go Store It location. From the moment I walked in, Betty was incredibly helpful and friendly. I changed my mind on the size and location of my unit a couple of times including on the day my moving truck arrived due to increased space needs. This location has state of the art security. I feel safe and secure having my belongings at go store it. The young man Zach who works in the office is always patient and very helpful.

Go store it was a great place to store my washer and dryer for a few months. Great service and Great Prices ! 👍🏾 easy access to my things when I needed to check on them. Felt completely safe on the grounds and very clean!

I recently move to Charlotte and when looking for a storage unit I considered (Life Storage, CubeSmart, Public, Uhaul, and a few smaller brands). Ill admit that I was bias because I used CubeSmart in NY and had a good experience, but after comparing rates, deals, climate controlled and overall facilities CubeSmart won by a landslide (primarily because of the facility). The location is easy to access, and Nichole was very helpful. It would be nice if they also provided a Van, but the first month free deal makes it worth it. Highly recommend this place.

They illegally lock storage units even if you have a $0 balance. Do not store your items there unless u want them taken and there are definitely snakes on the premises. GoStoreIt, You dont get to call me a liar when you send these type emails and you have received a $0 balance receipt. And you can email to resolve this matter but the next rebuttal better be an apology for defaming my character when I have proof that you are illegally holding my items. Every day you hold them I will make the public aware of your criminal business practices.
