WORST mattress ever. Doesnt even deserve a one star. We purchased in 2013. The mattress took longer than normal to receive and once we finally did get it, it sank where we laid immediately. They replaced that one with another one that was HORRIBLY glued together and DIRTY. We had it replaced 3x, so at this point we are on our 4th mattress, which has sunk again, the cotton cover was ripped and not quality. Fast forward to 2018, it had been 5 years of not sleeping well and not able to afford to replace it. We purchased another latex topper to attempt to salvage the bed. We gave that some time to adjust to see if it helped, but that sank into the pits the original mattress had made. We were so frustrated at this point that we decided to either junk the mattress and purchase a new one, or remove the cotton cover and attempt to take off the piece of junk foam that was add as a base to see if that was the problem. You can see in the photos that the green base foam has compressed even at the corners - which we rarely sit on the corners of the bed and must have compressed from just a fitted sheet? Also the middle of the latex part has completely separated. The latex was a mess, chunks were torn up and glued back together and covered in dirt and other debris. Disgusting. Dont waste your time or your money with this place. You pay over $2000 for a mattress that is just a bunch of twin size pieces glued together.

I FINALLY have the perfect mattress! After searching everywhere, I met Alan in his showroom and he spent so much time actually listening to me about what we wanted in a mattress. He customized the Worthington for us based on our highly specific preferences and we have never slept better! Throughout the entire experience, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy - even reaching out while he was on vacation to assure our experience was excellent. As to the mattress set - its just amazing - we dont want to get out of bed in the mornings. The quality is superb and I can continue to customize it in the future, if needed. Great purchase! Fantastic customer service that doesnt stop until your 100% thrilled. Highly recommend!

Recently I had a mattress issue unrelated to them, and, with no need to go above and beyond because the issue was mine, not theirs, they still helped me resolve my problem! The customer service at Dilworth Mattress was unmatched. No pressure, ample time to check out all of the mattresses, answered all of our questions, and we couldnt be happier.
