Brought two watches in to have battery’s replaced today. After the guy replaced the battery and was messing in the back of the watch now the second and minute hand on the timer won’t go to 0. That wasn’t too big a deal until so went to adjust the time and the whole arm popped out. They also put gouges and scratches all on the bottom cover. I thought the best place to take my fossils was back to the manufacture and was wrong. I guess I will have to find a jeweler the next time a watch needs service.

I’m glad there’s a Fossil store at the outlets. Wide variety of watches and bags! You can also get your Fossil watch engraved here. There’s generally a sale on watches and cheaper than ordering online. They come in a cute little watch box. The employees are always friendly and helpful!

Great selection and everyone is super welcoming any time I go in. Love their bags and jewelry which are great quality. My definite go to store for accessories.

I have purchased one watch here and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and were very informative and knowledgeable about the model I was looking at. The only negative was it seems like the guy helping me might have been new as he didnt do a great job sizing the watch, pins were still sticking out a bit. I solved this quickly myself and it wasnt a big deal. Overall this is a great store with a wonderful selection of all of the latest that Fossil has to offer!

They have a good variety of watches. It just they didnt have any batteries to get my watches fixed. But that is just another think that there is a shortage on.

Found out you don’t have to pay for watch battery…. Never had been charged before kinda funny I got charged today.

Sat Apr 3, 2021~ I went to Charlotte NC for a little shopping. I visited the Carolina Premium Outlet. Ive been looking for a crossbody purse and Fossil came up on my searches. Ive bought three watches there and decided to get a purse. The sales people there were very friendly. I picked up the purse that I wanted off the rack and instead of ringing that one up, the sales clerk went to the back to get me one that was still wrapped. 👌🏾

Well its just for the bagsBy default, fossil watches have an issue of machinery and I have stopped after teenage to get into this.Bags are decent and mostly leather so good to decent qualityWish leather stops someday or hope its ethnically sourced at least.

Always find good looking watches an accessories here an at a decent price an embroidery is FREE with purchase!!

I purchased a watch here in 2018 and had no issues with it until recently. I was worried when taken it in as the charging ring had fallen off and I was unsure of what it would cost me or how difficult it would be to ship it off for repair. Morgan worked with me and provided excellent customer service. He greeted me as I entered the store and stopped doing what he was doing to give my watch his full attention. He gave the watch a once over and took me to the counter to share his findings with his coworkers.He then ensured it was under warranty and replaced it promptly. I was in the store less than 10 minutes. Morgan focused on customer satisfaction from the minute I walked in up until I left the store. I am a happy customer and will definitely shop here again.

Have owned a Fossil Founder Q2 for 2.5 years. A $275 purchase. Now the screen malfunctions and is full of lines. This is a known issue since it is an option on the ‘repair’ page. The cost for this repair is $85.Hardly worth the repair cost after only 2.5 years. Often have had to reset the watch and reload apps due to not giving notifications. Not a solid long term product.

Came in for some warranty work on my smartwatch. The staff were prompt, professional, and personable. They took a bad start to my day (woke up and my smart watch hadnt/wouldnt charge) and made it much better (I walked out of the store with a working replacement sized to fit). I love my smartwatch and was severely disappointed when the charging ring came loose due to a defect. My in store experience reassured me I was dealing with a quality company who stands behind their products. I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service experience I received.

Purchased a Sport Gen 4 smart watch from Amazon about 2 months ago. It stopped working yesterday morning. Took it to the Fossil store and they exchanged it right away. I was in and out of the store in ~2 minutes. Great service, friendly staff.

Came in with expectation of a quick return of the product due to a malfunction of a refurbished smart watch but with great customer service I decided to give it another try. In-store associate Neil took great initiative and reported with corporate to swiftly take care of the issue and get me a repair. Went in store to purchase a gen x 5 watch for my husband for Christmas. Went in just after opening 1 gentleman working and I was the only customer in the store but apparently he was still to busy to assist in helping me pick out a smartwatch for my husband so I left. Reached out to fossil on the lack of customer service in store they did have quick reply back but their resolve was unacceptable to me so will move on to a samsung smartwatch. Very Disappointed Very poor STORE customer service.

Great service!I received a damaged fossil smartwatch gen 4 for christmas (Manufacture Defect) and did not have the receipt. I drove an hour and a half to get to a fossil store since the customer service number would not help me ($300 watch btw). THANKFULLY the 2 wonderful young men working replaced my watch with out a receipt, and i was in-and-out of the store within 10 minutes. AMAZING! i recommend NOT using the webpage for assistance.. this store was exceptional in customer service!

This store doesnt have much variety of watches and now it seems they are moving away from core business of making brilliant watches.

I was disappointed in the small store and selection. Not one of the two employees greeted anyone that walked in while I was there. One employee was texting on her phone. I expected more. Im a loyal Fossil girl with many purses and watches. Plus the income to spend.

They have Android Wear watches here! I was a bit worried considering this is an outlet. They had what I was looking for with a good selection of bands to have as a back up or replacement. Unfortunately, I noticed they are not as fully stocked on everything like the full Fossil store used to be up at Northlake mall when it was open (the Northlake mall location is permanently closed). Example: they had little to no belts.. If you dont find what you are looking for, perhaps just stick with online and you might even be able to find a coupo floating around out there or from the Fossil email list wherein most of their coupons are only good for their online store anyways.

They are so rude no sense of service they are not favoring of selecting the gift box we like and are so adomant of selecting with the set of boxes they want to push with name of fossil policy... when I asked to show that policy they are coming on us saying you no need to buy if you dont like these boxes.....wht the hell....I would have selected 0 star but selecting a start is mandory... please avoid this store if possible ......
