Hudson & JB have gone well out of their way to provide us excellent service. We appreciate STI keeping us out in the field with as little down time as possible. Highly recommend buying equipment here if you want a shop that stands behind what they sell.

Terrible customer service. Theres usually 3-4 guys standing doing nothing and they NEVER acknowledge you walking in. Absolutely Zero customer service, no courtesy, nobody seems like they care about their job. Guys, have some courtesy and at least greet your customers when they walk in. No wonder you have such bad reviews. Im surprised anyone brings you business.

Took the Echo 580 blower in and told them when i hit the throttle it bogs. They kept it 3 weeks then i finally had to call to check up on it. Upon pickup they told me nothing was wrong and to let it warm up 5 min before using. Started up in parking lot before leaving, same issue. Took it to Interstate Supplies and Services and they found out it had a bad coil. They got the whole thing covered under warranty. Ive purchased several pieces of Stihl power equipment from STI, but Im going to switch to interstate.

I came into your store today with all intentions on purchasing another Toro 50” timecutter. I purchased one 11 years ago when the store was in Midland. I had a great experience 11 years ago. When I walked in the store today I was asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to purchase another Toro. My son asked 3 or 4 simple questions and the guy said he did not know to each and everyone of them . (What kind of engine. Where is it made. Will the next size up fix on our trailer) We asked where they were so we could look at them. He said they were outside. Never got up from his chair to go out with us. We had a few questions about 2 different models. Thinking he will be out soon to help and never did. We decided to leave. As we walked by to go to my car then he asked if we had any questions. I said no because you would said I don’t know.Really poor poor customer service.V Myers

Very dishonest place of business. My mother took her Echo gas hedge trimmer in to have grommet replaced in fuel tank as it cracked and hardened due to fuel with ethanol. They replaced the grommet (cost $60 ) and then told her she would need a new carburetor at a cost of $100. I told her to not do that and let me take a look at it. When she showed me the trimmer I immediately noticed the primer bulb on the carburetor was severally cracked (very common when using fuel with ethanol over time) . I purchased a new primer bulb at Northern Tool for $1.79 and installed in less than 5 minutes and it started and ran as expected. Its really sad this business would take advantage of someone who is not knowledgeable. I contacted the business and spoke to Shane the same person she talked to and he said the bulb was part of the carburetor assembly and thats why they would just replace the carburetor. Im sure they would have not replaced the carburetor and just replaced the bulb as I did. Do not patronize such a dishonest business. Dan

They removed my previous post so here it comes again. Parts replacer more aptly describes their service department. You have to wait three weeks for them to replace a part on your lawnmower. This is my experience.

Great service. Had a problem with my blower and they took care of it right away.

Supply chain is terrible.
