I was a first time customer and they gave me 1st Class Customer Service! I couldn’t be anymore impressed. Everybody was so friendly and told me everything I needed to know. Highly, highly recommend!

Went in to get a 5 lb CO2 canister recharged and they told me no one had time to do it. Seriously? Absolutely zero customer service. Go elsewhere.

An awesome place even for the hobbyist! They set me up with a small bottle of c25 and a regulator for my harbor freight welder. Cheap refills as well. Friendly walk-in atmosphere with helpful staff. I’ll be a regular since welding wire and other supplies are half the price.

I just wanted to take a moment before I forget again. Too busy welding and working. And I do apologize. I bought a really good price welder from the internet. Couldnt find any welding leads. Walked into this store and my welding life changed.I wish I could remember the salesman name. He took a look at the parts that I brought in. Then went into the back. Few minutes later he came out with a new welding lead. That all I can say is wow. It really made my welder a nice welder. I would almost say it to be a commercial welder. I didnt think that was possible. I guess what Im saying is if you need anything for welding this is the place you need to be. They are a great bunch of professional people. I give them five times up👍👍👍👍👍 if anybody from this company reads this. Thank you truly thank you so glad you are there.

Rashard is super knowledgeable and great to work with. My family has used Praxair for over 50 years now. Excellent customer service.

I was in that store yesterday afternoon November 2 the employee was extremely rude to me. Not friendly didnt help me get my old tank out of my truck I told him I was paying in cash he told me he cant take it cause he didnt have change and he didnt ask me if I had the exact amount which I did. Then he brings me a tank that was rusted so I stopped him and told him Im going to airgas off of Billy Graham. So once I got to airgas big difference someone came out to help me unload my tank I was able to pay cash no problems I asked the guy there what happens if he didnt have exact change to give me he said someone has it or they would or they would give it to me. So I got my tank and it looks brand new looking( not rusted )

Just bought my shielding has from Rashad Jackson at Praxair on Statesville Rd after years away from the trade. He is great.

The gentleman named Rashad at the desk was extremely professional and was proficient at his job.

Great service I went there for wielding rods and the help me really fast with what I was looking for .

Visited this store for the first time, Roger was excellent and very helpful with getting me set up with my first gas cylinder and other info. Nice selection of welding supplies as well!

Dont think anybody that works there knows how to weld, or anything about welding equipment.

Edit- One of the Argon tanks I bought would not seal up properly to my regulator, should have tested it when I bought it. I tried to explain to Rashard that the tank connection was either deformed or damaged in some way. He said it was not the tank but my regulator. Anyway, he didn’t want to hear what I had to say and charged me for a new exchange. I told him that I didn’t use any of the gas, that the tank was full be he didn’t care at all, he just put it with the other tanks to be refilled. I returned home, hooked up the exchanged tank I had to re-purchase for $54 and it sealed up perfect, just like all the rest of my shielding gas tanks. Now someone is going to get that defective tank and have to go thru the same headache as well.What a great company to do business with!I don’t weld professionally but that didn’t matter to Roger, the salesman that helped me. Roger answered all my questions and had everything I needed. I will be a life-long customer.
