Was having trouble with my john deere 50g fuel issue. Called the service Department, they were unable to help. Transfered my to Garrett, he was able to answer all of my questions flawlessly. Also had a question about my 331g, spoke with service, once again unable to help. Went to Garrett with a question about powertrain and hydrologic warranty on the auxiliary hydraulic quick coupler. Once again within 5 minutes had me a answer. Will go to him from now on with any questions. Very Helpful.

Parts department has always got me what I needed fast and always made sure I was getting the right part.Garrett goes the extra steps to help solve your technical issues.. he has helped me get machines back up and going quickly and always gives me great information. Down time cost money,James river knows that and limited your down time.

Bought a 333G skid steer from them in 2017 and bought a 36 month warranty but only received a 33 month warranty guess I should have read the fine print, the machine has been in the shop more than we have used it , was going to trade it in but they tell me its only worth 40k with 700hrs on it (we paid 86k for it )the sales person just told us things we wanted to here . I will say the service guys are very helpful and I do believe they care about getting you back up and going if it werent for them would have gave a negative 5 stars . As for the rest of them I fill they just there for the money just my opinion

The guys here help customers more than any other John Deere dealership I have ever dealt with. Good salesman if you are looking to buy a good machine look up Lucas Beam Im sure you will be pleased,, hard worker. Good people.
