Wonderful place!! Customer service is great, they are always happy to share ideas about their spices. Tell you how to use and whats best for what foods. Its a small place but packed with lots of dining ideas. Bourbon chicken spice pack is so delicious. As well as their dip packs. Get on the frequent buyer to save money.

If you want any spice, come here! So many selections of every spice, rub, jams and jellies.Very cool store in the L&L off Charlotte. Get it while you’re there, you’ll be glad you did.

Cool shop! Lots of variety.

Quaint little spice shop. Many spices and a few other offerings such as honey, jams/jellies and chai mixes. All items were no doubt fresh and of good quality, but also very expensive as well. If you have a rather common taste, as I have, it isnt worth the extra money. However, if you have an educated palate and price is no object, you will likely find some spices that will excite you. Recommend only for those who value spices more than money.

This has some of the most unique and flavorful spices anywhere in the charlotte area. I DEFINITELY recommend stopping by and checking out this place!

My favorite spice shop ever! Where we live we have two local ones not even more than 3 miles away, it is my go to place for any spices.You can buy it by the jar or you can buy a jar and have it refilled when you run out.What I loved about this store is they had so many different local things that we don’t carry at our stores. I loved all of the cooking gadgets. I WOULD recommend this place. So fun.

I understand of the virus situations..I goggled this store and while excited about cooking and getting healthy..I looked on goggle which posted closure at 6pm..upon arrival at 5:30 pm. I seen two women inside..I asked why are you closing? They rudely said come back tomorrow.. I traveled 40mins getting there..THEY WONT GET MY BUSINESS !!!

If you only cook one meal a week you still have to visit this store. They have very fresh base spices (basil, oregano etc). They also have exotic spices Mexican, South American, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Indian and more). They also carry incredible spice blends that create incredible dishes with just a shake of the jar. Amaze your family and friends with great tasting meals. Very reasonably priced and super fresh. Can also find ingredients for cocktails. Its an Alice in Wonderland place. Step out of your comfort zone and try something new and amazing!!

Very nice actually. Youre allowed to smell a sample bottle of each product and the staff are proactive about explaining how it all works. Word of warning though, choose the ones to sample wisely of your nose buds will be over sniffed by the time youre half way through

This place has every spice and spice blend you could want. They even mix up your own concoctions. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about spices. I bought a couple of premixed spice packets to use in my pickles. They came out wonderfully! I look forward to expanding my spice collection at reasonable prices.

Ive been going to Savory Spice since the day they open. Everyone is always so helpful there. They just created some adorable holiday gift boxes for me. Only place I go for spices and herbs.

My first trip was with my friend last weekend. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she was extremely helpful in making such an array of good smells and new seasonings into something manageable enough for me to pick from. I knew I needed salt, and she introduced me to Himalayan salt (the pink stuff 😊). Then I noticed some of their lentil mixtures and she recommended one (the curried lentils) ... and they were/are DELICIOUS!!!! I’m going back soon!

Great selection with a wide variety of tasty blends for every palate. The staff was very helpful and completely willing to answer questions and make recommendations based upon need and preferences. An entire section of the store is solely dedicated to grilling, and there are regional combinations that highlight related flavor combinations and cooking styles. Ill be back!!

Such an amazing store. The fresh ingredients and wonderful staff always makes for a fun and needed trip to go get spices. Their spice blends are better than any other blends around. Ex: Their Herbs De Provence is better than any other one you will find. I highly recommend going, whether you are a person who is dipping their toes in the culinary field or for those who are already experienced Chefs.

Really awesome spice blends and packages. If you are nearby this shop is worth a trip. I mean, we all could use some salt and pepper at a minimum, but by all means kick it up.

My husband and I found this gem of a spice shop when we moved to Charlotte 4 years ago. I was overwhelmed with the variety of spices and blends. The ability to go in and test them out is a game changer. The staff is wonderful and will answer any question that you have! We sadly moved from Charlotte, however I am so happy to be able to order from them online. Its a must visit for anybody!!

Great service and a fantastic selection of spices for cooking. Upon identifying ourselves as first time visitors, we received the grand tour explanation of what they do--loved the free tasting of all spices. Well definitely be back.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff...a huge selection of spices you wont find elsewhere. They also have a great selection of dry rubs for all types of meats. The bbq dry rubs are fantastic.

I am not generally one for spices but this place has everything. These kind of a whole in the wall place and some of the spices are pretty expensive. If you are a grilling aficionado the KC BBQ rub is really good for smoked brisket.
