I have never experienced better service from anybody than what the Jenkins do. They always respond as soon as possible to service requests and explain everything to me in a way I can understand. Even in hurricane aftermath when they were overwhelmed, Josh came out to repair my generator which had been running for days. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Josh and Mr. Jenkins genuinely care for their customers as people and not just numbers.

The Jenkins family and staff have always been flexable, curtious, helpful and always get the job done for me.

Shannon went the extra mile by giving superior service. She took an electric motor cooling fan home for courier pickup after hours. Seldom do I see this commitment to service from todays vendors.

Being in the electronics business myself and working with motors, good motor companies are not easy to find. Also, there are so many varieties of motors in consumer and industrial applications it’s impossile to service them all. It’s difficult to gauge a company’s performance off of one unique situation where they may or may not be able to meet one’s specific needs. However, I’m working with a historic preservation group that sent Jenkins Electric a very large and unique 100 year old electric motor. One-off projects are not easy to take on, be successful and be profitable as well. They took on our motor, and another large machining job, and did a fantastic job with both. It wasn’t an inexpensive job and they were also kind enough to let us make our payments in installments. It’s hard to beat that kind of service.

Took a email electric motor for a grinder to these people a year ago for rebuild. called every week for a few months. nothing! forgot about it for another few months. finally went to take it somewhere else. it was covered in dust. dont waste your time

I had the hardest time finding a replacement fan for a (Euro-model?) WEG motor. The company I originally bought it from couldnt even help me get one. I found it called out on the Jenkins online pdf catalog and decided to call them on a Saturday. Mr Jenkins answered the phone and looked it up for me and said hed have somebody call me on Monday since they didnt stock it. My cell rang at 7am Monday morning, they charged me a (super low) wholesale price and I received it by Thursday. That was great customer service.
