Very clean, good customer service, and good ice cream. Me and my son have to stop everyone we see a sweater or and this one at carowinds is no different. Great place to sit and relax before getting back out on the rides.

By far a great place. It was very clean and the staff was very respectful .Matthew and dale was very nice to me and all my friends and help us with all our needs. Best place to get something cool and refreshing

Outrageously priced. Its unreal. Spent $50 on ice cream. That shouldnt even be a thing.

This was one of the neatest and cleanest sweet frogs we have ever been in. It was great.

Expensive: $25 for 2 cups of froyo.The candy toppings were stale but edible; the froyo (oreo, brownie batter) tasted off, to the point I only ate the toppings and threw the froyo away.Would not go back.
