Its easy to set up and the integration process with Etsy is seamless. They handle all processing and shipping and are generally quick with orders. So far, great company to work with. I have an active boutique and use these people for fulfillment. An order was created by mistake with the wrong pattern. I contacted them and this was the response: “ I would like to share that we do not accept returns on buyers remorse and do not offer a reshipment or a refund in such cases. If the order is returned, we only have the option to reship it to the same or a different address but there are no refunds for the returned order. You can read about this in our return policy as well.”You’re not going to be able run a business with this lack luster “company.”

Plus, the length as you can view in the picture was perfect-below the hip area. What a great printing company, especially for beginners into the world of merchandise creation. There are plenty of tutorials and videos to help you get started. and so far all the products have looked great. I would like more product options however. Printful does have a huge list of products and none of their logos on your materials. But they could expand into other items, clothing, and features. Over all This place has been amazing!

I got a refund for the “cost” but it was damaging to my business and still don’t feel comfortable moving forward with printful based on the lack of corrective action taken by printful to ensure me that it doesn’t happen again.This is serious, you can’t sell products that are received by the customer in a different size than advertised— “3X is 52in” and “Med is 39in” but they received the 3X at 48in and the medium was 35in. The size chart was not corrected and there was no indication that the situation was investigated and corrected so why would anyone continue doing business with printful.I hope printful can figure out how to correct this, but I am still not comfortable moving forward with printful at this time.So previously I stated the following…“If printful corrects this issue with the sizes and refunds at least partially for my losses this review will reflect those actions— until then I highly do not recommend using printful.” … and still don’t recommend doing business with printful.PS there is a company that printful pitched to that can see how they are doing business and actions speak louder than words.

After doing a ton research, Printful was the first company I tried for my online business. Now, after spending many months building my website and creating lots of products I have a fully functioning store with hundreds of options on apparel and accessories. In this time I have also looked into other companies and even tried a few, and I have come to the conclusion that Printful is the best option for someone like me that wants a full line of designs and products, but does not have capital to order inventory. They also seem to be the only truly free option where they only make money from you if you sell products!Pros: There are no hidden fees and they dont charge you to integrate with other sites - like your own website, Amazon, Etsy, etc. Most of the products I have gotten have been really nice. The print and color quality on the all-over print products is really amazing! Plus, every sample I have ordered looks just like the mock-up, thats pretty unbelievable since they are print to order, then cut out, then sewn! For the most part the product integration is really good. You can design products on their mock-up generator and they are automatically synced to your website or another selling platform. One of the best things for me, since I am trying to grow my brand, is that they have the option for labels on many of the products. They also allow for multiple image layers - this is HUGE - so I dont have to tailor multiple images for multiple products. This also makes it possible to put specific size logos on products that do not have labels. I have also found that their customer service is really good! I have had problems with a couple orders and they have gotten back to me right away and rushed out replacements. Also, they have lots of informational videos for when you are first starting out. They also allow sellers to leave reviews and photos on all the products, this is very helpful when trying to decide what products to offer.Cons: As I said above, for the most part the product integration is really good, when it works, it works great! But I have also had consistent problems with syncing. I will create products and they will sync up with my website just fine, then the next day they are not synced any more. Then I have to go in manually and re-sync each size and variation manually, which takes quite some time! This happens off and on so I do not know why its happening and their tech support has not been very helpful for this problem despite many chats and emails. I have also had a few problems with the quality of a few of the products. I have ordered 2 hoodies and even though the hoodie itself seems to be really nice quality, the zippers have been bad. I have also changed some of my designs for regular print shirts since the DTG printing seems to be quite a bit softer and more fragile than screen printing. Then, there are just some products that are cost prohibitive to sell even though they look very nice - like the towels.Overall, for me, the positives far outweigh the negatives, mostly due to the extremely high quality of their all-over print - rich vibrant colors. So, I decided to go with 5 starts. I had originally put 4 stars due to the cons I listed, but then I needed to weigh in the fact that the integration thing is a difficult intermittent problem and when compared to other companies, their tech support is probably better than most - at least there is one. So, even though I have had some issues with the integration, once everything is synced - it works GREAT! People make orders on my site and the order goes straight to Printful, then they make the product & ship it. The majority of their products are great and if there is a problem with a product, they will make it right. I highly recommend Printful.

Very good quality t shirt. Ordered this as a trial product and am very happy with the results. The material quality is very good. Very nice soft cotton and comfortable to fit. The print is very good but is to be seen how well it stands up to several washes throughout a year. The size of the image could have been a bit bigger even though I used the full parameters given when I uploaded the design. The design looks a bit lost on an XL size Tshirt. Also I imagined the colours to be more vibrant but this is something I can most likely alter on future designs. Overall Im very happy with the product.

These Unisex Gildan sweatshirts are great. I wear mine every day and the design has still stayed perfect and clear. Very little wear and tear after many washes and heavy use for about two years or so. My sweatshirts are my favorite products in my etsy shop (Glorbin) because of these sweatshirts. Thanks guys!

Designed and ordered a design to print beach towel for one of my family members this upcoming Christmas, it was one of the best purchases Ive made! I absolutely loved the size of it, how soft the top was and the nice towel feel at the bottom. The print quality complimented my design greatly, it was rich and vibrant while still keeping all of my little details! I loved it. I cant wait to give it as a gift.

At this moment I am not very happy with the services that I am receiving from PrintFul. I am learning things that are costing me a lot of money and these things are not clearly outlined in their terms and conditions. I was promised an urgent order would be processed quickly as one time courtesy but that doesnt seem to be the case. From a customer service stand point I am not satisfied but the quality of their products are nice.

I’ve ordered from Reggaeton Apparel who’s says they’re based out of here. I have not received a tracking number, I’ve not received any email back from the given support email. If anyone here knows this brand please reach out to them and help resolve this.

Took the money (around $10K) for an order of custom t-shirts but canceled order and are refusing to return $.

Ive order 2 items and have never received either of them. Its been weeks with no update. I want refunds and to cancel my account. You are not a, good company. Who do I speak with? Immediately!

This company has poor quality items as well as poor customer service. After receiving over 30 poorly printed items and multiple back and forths with this company, with an agent giving an agreement over email that the items did indeed have a quality issue they deemed the items matched their expectations. Which would mean that their expectations are very low since the quality is so bad. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY DO A BAD JOB AND OFFER 0 resolution.

This company takes WAY to long to create and ship merchandise. You can never speak to a live person. They route your orders to other countries for fulfillment which leaves your customers waiting for months to receive goods which is a horrible reflection of you and your business. There are a lot of other drop ship companies out there do your research and choose wisely.Today is June 2, 2020 and I have a customer that is still waiting on a product from April 16, 2020. I reach out to customer service via a chat (Linda M) and was told I need to give it another 25 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then I’m told that my customer need to find the package that is coming from another country that Printful routed the production to.

Using Printful to provide products for my clothing brand has been the greatest decision I have made in my young entrepreneur career. I foresee my brand using the Printful service for a while. Printful is a fair and convenient e-commerce platform with an excellent lineup of product!

I setup Printful account last year, and it been working perfectly. I love the quality of their printing. Great company overall and I would rather to continue with them (they are not the cheapest but definitely one of the best when it come to quality. I am taking 1 star because I struggled setting up the integration with eBay and while they been responsive. The support answers were no help to me.

I am impressed and satisfied with using the services of Printful to produce and ship shirts I design. The process is easy, plenty of information, questions answered quickly, and a helpful Facebook Group. My designs printed excellently. The quality of the shirts is high and I feel good selling and advertising these as quality, fashionable shirts.

If I could give zero stars I would! First I lost money because the lord about the fulfillment time. The did not fulfill until after the time they said they would causing the customer to cancel the order with me! Now I have lost money and customers. 5 Customers at that. Then I asked to cancel one Iran’s they said no refunds but they not only canceled the order and said no refund but now they removed my account and I cannot log in. This company is a joke and a scam. If you want them to send poor quality and take you money then sure them. I am going back to fulfilling orders myself. Ugh!

Great shorts for any sport. I use them personally for very hard squash matches, a sport that generates a ton of sweat.Even at the end of a 90-minute session these shorts remain relatively dry.Comfortable to wear and the fit is true to size.Top class!

Wow. I got my laptop sleeve and I am crazy about it. I like it so much better than what I bought from Apple. It has a custom photo, is neoprene and fuzzy fur on the inside with double zippers for ease of storage. the case is like a diving suit for my lapple. :)

I am running a less than 1.5% error rate with these guys, and the times that errors have occurred, the customer service heros took care of it in under 5 min. The printing quality is durable and the friends I give shirts away too are shocked that a t-shirt could be so nice. The blogs are very helpful and with the constant addition of new products, printing facilities, and features (mobile app features), it is clear that they are reinvesting in their company. I am very happy to be a customer of theirs.

Working as an independent artist along with running your own business can be a daunting task. Not the best place to do business. Theyll charge you double for orders or add fees on without you noticing. Best practice is to keep track of everything. Dont expect a refund when theyre in the wrong. They charged me twice for a digitization fee.

I am looking into using them for my on demand business. I ordered 2 samples. I love the coffee mug. I ordered a t-shirt. I love the feel and the print quality. I am concerned about the fit.It took a week from date of order to delivery. In theses times of immediate gratification and 2 day shipping, I am concerned about impatient customers.More tests to run. You still have my attention.

Customer service is excellent and the products are high quality (I am especially a fan of the sublimation print and all-over-print clothing). I produce clothes that are not just for workout, and the templates enable me to create interesting designs using my own artwork. I hope Printful will keep adding new products (love the flared skirt - wishing for flared palazzo-style pants!).

Have only ordered about a dozen T shirts so far but have also ordered several dozen totes and as many coffee mugs. Printfuls quality is very good, and they are very responsive if there is a problem. I think they may have the best customer support people Ive ever dealt with anywhere. The online interface is reliable, relative easy to use, very informative about the printing, and theres online help.

High quality T-shirt prints. My first order the prints were off-center so I called in and they sent me a new order. This order the print was too close to the collar (how it appears online is EXACTLY how it is so make sure to space it exactly how you want it because they don’t adjust it to make it look good on their own). Because of a miscommunication on that order they sent me another batch and this one was finally right. Great customer service, it just would’ve been nice to get everything right the first time. Nonetheless, I love Printful and think they do great work. Highly Recommend 👍🏼

Custom print hoodie arrived in New Zealand quite quickly. The fabric quality was excellent as was the print quality of artwork on front and logo on reverse of garment. I am now really happy to sell this item and others from Printful in my E-Commerce store.

The shirt I ordered was exactly as I wanted. A nice quality/weight material. Not thin and see through like some. ♡ So glad Printful offers the Bella and Canvas 3001 shirt. ♡

I’m not a huge fan of direct-to-garment printing, but they have more options that make up for the lack of base-fabric color choices. You can FULLY customize some of their bags, and they have “all over” apparel I’ve never seen anywhere else! I can make a FULL SHIRT design - front and back! - and have it produced rather than being limited to a 12x20 box on the front only. Printing and shipping takes about 7 days total for the package to arrive at your door. Not bad at all for designs that are unique and cost-effective! Plus you have the option to do manual, one-time, runs of designs so I can offer custom items too!

Regardless of policy or lack thereof, it baffles me when any company doesnt seek to make something right with their customers. In my case, I placed an order for a customer for some event specific shirts that shipped on time to arrive the day before the actual event, according to tracking. They arrived well after the event and werent needed anymore. They never arrived for what they were intended for and I at least expected a refund upon returning the items. THAT ABSOLUTELY DIDNT HAPPEN. In so many words, they basically told me, Whatever happens, happens after its left their hands. Wont even accept a return. Refunded me the shipping but stuck me with $280 and a bunch of shirts that cant even be resold. I had to refund my customer, of course, but they were still made to look bad since they didnt have anything for the event. So my companys integrity takes a huge hit. Pockets take a $280 hit. And theres a $20 refund for shipping to show for it.Way to go Printful Customer Service. Hell of a way to take care of your customers.

I use Printful for some small time dropshipping and selling some of my designs. They’re wonderfully helpful and print great quality. Really, what more can you ask for?When I first started, the prices were a little bit high, and I wasn’t making a lot of profit, but since it was just something extra for me, I wasn’t in there for the profits.Since I’ve stuck with them, their prices have gotten better as I’m sure their processes and distribution get better. I’m happy to stay with them and continue to use their services.I love their mock-up service and can’t wait to see what new features come out soon.

I ordered a sample in the mail and it got to me two days early (considering Im in CA while it was send from NC.)
