Ive just started my leather working journey and was overwhelmed trying to find the materials I needed online. I am so grateful that I found a local store that I could go to and put my hands on the product.The store is very well organized and has so many options! The lady behind the counter was wonderful. She never crowded me, but made sure I knew she was there if I needed. When I checked out she was pleasant to speak with and made sure I knew how to use the products and got everything I needed. I had actually forgotten a sealer and she was able to point me to the right product for my project.Overall it was a great experience and I will be a customer for life!

Really impressive stock of tools. Also this is the only place that is close to me that has this nice of a selection of tools. Im new to leather work so Im not sure if the quality of the leather is really good or not but it has what I need. People are helpful if you ask.

They have more tools than I expected! They had everything and more than I expected. I was bewildered.

Very helpful staff. I am new to leather crafting. I walked in the store knowing only what I have read. I was pointed in the correct direction for the type of leather to buy, the differences in dye, the tools I would need, the correct thread and a small demo of how it all works together. Until last week, I didnt know this type of customer service still existed.

Ive been buying from Tandy for a long time over the internet. Several times theyve called me about my order because they thought they might have something that would work better for me or because they had a cheaper price. Bar none, the best customer service Ive ever had. Im excited to actually visit the Charlotte store some day and meet them in person.

I was so excited to find out that Tandy Leather had a local store near me, as Id been ordering my supplies online, and Im not the most patient when I have a project in mind.Ive only been twice so far, and both times have been great. They have a huge selection of leather, great local specials, and even helped distract my five year old kiddo who is just as impatient as I am. :)When ringing up my items, they even asked if Id like to apply a 20% off coupon that I wasnt aware of. Fantastic customer service!

Love this place. Everyone is always helpful and I recently took a leather class there making a messenger bag. It was awesome and Ill be taking more classes there.
