I am very happy with the granite I selected from your company. The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient with us during the selection process. I love the granite and the deep sinks. I used the granite to select the colors for the master bath.

The entire experience from the showroom to the final install with StoneWorks was wonderful. Melissa helped me choose the perfect Quartz countertops and walked me through the process for my first-time kitchen re-model. The install team was clean, professional and did an excellent job. They were polite and let me know if there were any details I needed to approve before doing the work. Five star experience, would recommend!

Installation was great. The installers called ahead of arrival and arrived on schedule. They were professional and efficient. Explained as they were going through the install to make sure I knew everything they were doing. They made sure I was satisfied with their work and cleaned up before they left. Overall I has a very good experience working with Stoneworks for my counter top upgrade and installation.

Went through lowes to have granite counter tops and they leased the job to stoneworks. As you can see from the picture the sink that this company installed after laying my counters fell in. I called lowes who said I needed to call Stoneworks and stoneworks said they would be in touch but for me to reach out to lowes. While waiting to hear from someone the sink completely fell in causing damage to my plumbing. I have now had to pay an additional 600.00 to fix something that was installed less than 7 months ago.

We received excellent customer service throughout the installation process. Nicole was excellent to work with keeping us up-to-date on our project the entire time. The gentlemen that installed our countertops were very professional and provided quality work! We are very satisfied with our kitchen granite countertops and would highly recommend Stoneworks!

I would never go anywhere else. This is my second installment for countertops. Absolutely 💯 the Best job from start to finish.

Purchased quartz countertops through Lowe’s for Stoneworks installation. The process is taking entirely too long. My template had to be scheduled twice, when I was finally able to schedule installation the incorrect sink was listed. Had to wait another week for the new piece to be cut. On Day of installation the new piece that had to be re cut for my sink didn’t fit. I did not receive any follow up call that Friday or the weekend. I now have to take another day off work for them to complete the install and reschedule plumbing. This was a substantial amount of money for me to pay and this has been upsetting and frustrating to go through.

Terrible, I have placed my counter tops many months ago. I was told my material was on back order. I was able to contact the vendor and given the truth behind the delay. The truth was being told. Material has not come due to issues that needed to be handled with the vendor. So until that my material was not being released. All the lies I received every week was out of hand. Had to cancel an go elsewhere and now I have beautiful countertops

Absolutely LOVE my quartz countertops!!I came across Stoneworks accidentally after being disappointed with service and selection at another countertop store. I had my backsplash and my cabinet door and Melissa was SO helpful with the design. She spent time patiently answering all my questions and looking at different options to make sure the idea in my head became reality. Both the measuring and installation went smoothly, and quicker than expected. I cannot walk in my kitchen without running my hands across the countertops!I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Stoneworks.

Several months ago we had new quartz countertops put in the bathroom. They looked great and the process was seamless. This month we had the new quartz countertops put in the kitchen. Ron and Shanna at Stoneworks went above and beyond to help us with our kitchen and bathroom remodels. From picking out the counters to arranging a plumber on short notice for our installation on short notice before a bunch of grandkids came in they were wonderful to work with. Would heartily recommend this company!

Wish I could leave negative stars. This company is one of the rudest and most incompetent Ive interacted with. After a missed call, I had to spend 4 days getting someone to finally answer the phone since no one returned the message I was asked to leave. When finally speaking with Anniya (sp?), she was rude and condescending to my request. She said we had to have our sink installed prior to even coming out for measurements, and the process from measurement to installation would be at least 6 weeks. Keep in mind a partially installed sink is unusable during that entire time which is unacceptable since were living in the house. Her attitude was snotty and condescending during the conversation and when I said this would not work since were living in the house and wanted to cancel the order she responded Youre going to have to do that with Lowes and hung up mid-conversation. Stay away from this company, they have a horrible process designed to be easiest on them and clearly have no consideration for their customers needs.

If I could I would not give any star. Lowes recommended to stop by Stoneworks to look at the quartz. Stopped by Saturday and sale person said he would have the quote emailed Monday. Never received. I also called to follow up, the person answered told me someone would call me back. No call and no quote. Reading previous post, I will not be using this company to renovate my kitchen and bathrooms.

They did a great job with our new kitchen. Small problem at install. Nobodys perfect. They took care of it.

Failure to communicate and blaming the customer??? We went through Lowes Home Improvements to get countertops. The product is nice. We went route because we were told that it was best for us as consumers to make sure things were done right.We communicated from the start that we were leveling the knee wall. When the guy came out to do the measurements, I specifically told him our plans and showed him what we wanted. He set up a tool and spent a long time with it doing measurements.Today they come out and there is a strange cut. We can see it now in the template but he did not explain the drawings or the colored lines. The cut creates an obvious glaring hole in the counter. The installers said they would have to fix it by bringing a new piece in a week or so.After they leave, I get a message from Lowes that were at fault for signing the template though we received no explanation of what the guy was doing. We interpret the blue lines as the old measurements, and the red as new. We offered to remove the knee wall before measurements but were told it wasnt necessary.Now it appears we are going to have to pay a significant amount of money to resolve because Stoneworks isnt wanting to resolve this error. How in the world do they expect consumers to understand a layout on a small tablet without walking through it together???

Working with Stoneworks was pretty flawless from design to installation! The guys who actually installed the countertops were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. One the only slight cutting error next to a cabinet was handled promptly and schedule/fixed within days. Very happy!

Was a beautifully simple experience with the team at StoneWorks, specifically Roz as she was patient with all of my questions and helped every step of the way.

We are so happy with our countertops. We worked with Melissa, and it was a 6 month process (new construction) but she stuck by us the whole time and was always so quick to return every phone call and email with every question. We never knew we could get such beautiful countertops at such a great price.

Roz our sales consultant was wonderful to work with. She was very prompt and responsive to any question or request that I had. She was also very helpful about getting us samples and helping us to pick out the perfect countertop for our kitchen. There was a material delay that was outside of the co nitros of stoneworks but they were very helpful in trying to expedite where they could and in getting our countertop installed very soon after they had the material. We love our new kitchen.

Can’t say enough great things about Stoneworks and working with Melissa! She made the process of picking out our kitchen countertops so seamless. Had such a great experience, that they did out basement kitchen as well. We went with marble and could not be happier! It is the centerpiece of the space! Will definitely use again and would recommend without hesitation!

We ordered quartz countertops from Home Depot which used Stoneworks to fulfill the order. Installation day there were some issues with the countertop.. The installers came up with solutions to the problems. The solutions were executed in a day and the install was completed 2 days later! This saved us from living without a kitchen for another couple weeks! Thank you!

Stoneworks front office personnel are awesome. Roz Bourgeois worked with me, patiently showing and explaining to me different options that matched my choice. Thanks a lot Roz. Atta girl !!!!.I wasnt impressed with the back office, meaning production, with unnecessary calls to repeat the information the front office already gave me. I wasnt impressed with delayed production of my simple cut. Program the cut in CAD-CAM, water-jet cut, finish edges and polish...done. It took forever...days to get this simple 2-3 hr task done, claiming busy schedule. Sorry, not used to folks dragging their feet and or complaining.It took less than 15 minutes for the delivery guys to install. I love my quartzite kitchen countertops. Stoneworks is a wonderful place to do business. The staff is helpful, honest, and sincere. They were determined to make me happy! Roz is the best! The installers did a nice job, cleaned up, answered all my questions. Stoneworks has a nice selection of slab facilities you can shop. High quality. In my search for kitchen countertops, the best thing I did was give them a call!

Stoneworks in Charlotte did my new quartz countertop and I love it. From finding them on google, I had a wonderful sales person Roz Bourgeois, who was extremely efficient and so helpful in getting my info together quickly, putting me in touch with the Cosentino showroom to pick my quartz, helping me with edges for quartz, etc. She was great. The entire process was very easy and so quickly done from the templating to installing. I’m very happy with Stoneworks!

Stoneworks and their staff are tops in professionalism. The quality of their product cannot be beat and all of their staff are meticulous in every step of the process. I was told that most installers could not install a new countertop without damaging the existing backsplash however Stoneworks installers proved they can do what their competitors cannot.
