Staff are friendly and helpful and they had exactly what I was looking for in stock. The store is well presented, stocked, and inviting. Checkout was quick and efficient. I will certainly keep this location in mind for future kitchenware purchases.

Julia Roberts moment, you do work for commissions right? BIG mistake, Huge. Customer service should matter in all positions at any store. The check out Associate was great but I feel that it was partly because when we were asked which associate helped us, our answer was No one.

Incredibly rude associate who abruptly barked at my friends and me to put on our masks. I understand store policies, but a little kindness goes a long way. We’re from out of town so we weren’t familiar with the latest Charlotte mandates, and it was an unnecessarily rude way to inform us of their policies. Regardless, we immediately complied without complaint, but she continued to glare at us and watch us around the store as if we were suspected criminals. It was appalling.

We bought a high end coffee machine and it broke within two months of use. We called Williams Sonoma and the gentleman told us to just bring back and we could swap out.We brought it back and a manager told us that because we were a few weeks after the Williams Sonoma 60-day return policy that her hands were tied. She actually slipped up and said we’d be taking advantage of the store if she made an exception.I get it. Stores have to have return policies. But this isn’t a $100 pan we bought. She told us to contact the manufacturer and deal with them. I was under the impression that’s why one would shop at Williams Sonoma because they would be willing to go to bat for you and handle the issue. My personal feeling is an exception could have been made seeing that it was only a couple of weeks past the 60 day policy.I will likely never return to Williams Sonoma for any high end purchases as they do not have the flexibility that I feel a store of their caliber should have to deal with an issue such as this.

I bought a $200 pan where I stressed it had to be nonstick. Was told multiple times it was. I used it one time to cook eggs and it is the worst sticking pan I own and impossible to clean! Took it back to the store so they could tell me I obviously cooked the eggs wrong, oil was added FYI, and that there was nothing they’re going to do. Worst customer service experience!

Wife and I ordered bar stools from Williams Sonoma a year ago (order # 300042035505) - BIG MISTAKE. They still have not arrived and our delivery date has been push back 8 TIMES! How is that possible? We will not be buying from them again.

I took my first cooking class today and it was wonderful!! Eric did a wonderful job of teaching and explaining. He shared awesome tips and experiences. Eric does an amazing job not just teaching but in customer service. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful and can answer any question you have.

My daughter and I stopped in this store today while in South Park shopping. We were profiled and followed throughout the store as we tried to shop. I have never been so humiliated. Feeling uncomfortable we left and took our shopping dollars elsewhere. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

I was just passing through, didnt need a specific item, but I did come across a Gemini mug that caught my eye. It was beautiful, so I bought it! The store itself is a cooks happy place/paradise. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Ill definitely return to this place for some cookware in the future!

If you love to cook you got to love William Sonoma. You name it they have it including their own brands. The Williams-Sonoma cookware its also quite good. For those that need to buy specialty spices and sauces without having to make your own they have quite a choice. Kitchen gadgets knives and many more things that will make you a kitchen shine

Visited the store twice in the past week and absolutely disappointed in the quality of customer care received. First time, no one could be found for at least 10 mins. Joan was very cold and sold us something completely different than we asked for. We then went to a cooking store in South Park and the customer service was like night and day. Save the trip and go anywhere else, but here!

This is a very large Williams Sonoma - I was surprised it wasnt in the Mall itself but given the scale of the store I can see why. While its a little less convenient and the parking lot here fills up fast, its definitely worth walking across the street from Macys to check it out.

My experience here was excellent - in the busy Christmas season. Summary: 5 stars for courteous and helpful clerks and for having a seemingly complete selection of a particular cookware line on the shelf to inspect. Detail: In want of an expensive piece of cookware to gift, I checked online at Macys, Dillards, Belk, Amazon, and W-S. In another example of why bricks & mortars are losing, the www sites of the 3 dept. stores are awful, and (eventually) indicated they did not have the item anyway. The W-S site didnt seem to know. Amazon had it - in stock and ready to go with free shipping. On a chance I walked into this nearby store, and they had it, but priced above Amazon. However, there is some kind of discount in place today that brought the price back below Amazon, so W-S made the sale this time.

I recently shopped at the South Park store in Charlotte NC. I was in the store for over an hour with 3 sales people and on average 4 customers (which included myself). Not one time was I asked if I could be helped. When I was ready to check I was told I would have to wait. After 5 minutes another sales person came up to the check out and checked me out. The store was full of clutter with merchandise in boxes or on the floor.I think this company should do spot checks or mystery shoppers to monitor this store. I will not being going back to this store with such rude people and unpleasant merchani2 By the way I went to this store to purchase all clad cookware. This purchase could have paid for all salespeople salaries that day.Very disappointing visit.

NO CHRISTMAS GIFT ON CHRISTMAS ????I ordered a knife for my husband from Williams- Sonoma instead of Ebay or Amazon because I thought it was a more reputable company and I would have a better experience. I placed my order on December 11, at this time it said my delivery date would be December 21. On December 18, I called to check the status and was told delivery would be on December 24, I asked her if she was sure because it was a gift. She assured me that it was in the warehouse for processing and she would put a rush on my order. I checked my status this morning, my estimated delivery is now January 27, 2016! WHAT?!!?!?!?! Hows this even an option? Thats laughable! A month after Christmas???If the lady would have told me last Friday that it would not be here, I wouldve cancelled it then. I just cancelled my order and ordered from Sur La Table for the exact same price but had to pay $31 in shipping to make sure itll be here in time.Im so disappointed in your blatant disregard for timing and customer service. I checked your facebook, seems to be a trend this holiday season. Guess I know that I should go to Sur La Table for future needs!Thanks for nothing but a hard time and added stress to this holiday season!
