I took my 2015 Audi RS5 in for a color change and got the utmost professional consulting regarding not only the colors, but the quality of the brand of wraps. Chad and Aly were very TRANSPARENT in their suggestions and not many shops do this but, they actually suggest several options for BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK investment. Most shops quoted me far higher prices and with my quote from Bosworth, it was far lower and discussed in detail the process with accurate and timely follow up reports.

I was so jealous that my Dad got his car wrapped and wanted to match his color. Chad and Aly was very accommodating and wrapped my Audi RS as well. The best part of it....IT WAS FREE!!! They said that since my Dad got his car wrapped, his daughter should as well. Family friendly and most of all, embodies the essence of customer service!!!

My neighbor used Bosworth Customs summer 2020. I was impressed by the work they did for my neighbor and decided to take my 2021 Camaro SS 1LE to get the roof and trunk lid vinyl wrapped. I contacted them Friday, January 15th and they were able to get it in Monday, January 18th. The new shop and location are top notch. My car turned out great, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

How do I provide a 10 star review? These guys are amazing! He saved me extra money on a exhaust I wanted by customizing a set which allowed me to spend it on other projects for the blazer. He looks out for your pockets and not just put to empty them. They are a great group of folks and will take care of you from the second you walk in.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler here to get lifted and tinted, they did that and set me up with a great price on the wheels. Definitely a one stop shop if you ask me. Can’t wait for my stimmy to hit so I can wrap it as well!! I’ll be back soon for more work! Thanks guys!!

Not a 1 star, 0 stars. I took my car to Bosworth over a year ago. It was a complete disaster and has been overall the most stressful business to work with. Customer service horrible after they get your money. They not only did a terrible job on the work that I requested to have done to my car , they also scratched up my car and ruined the front and back emblems. I took my car back to them so they could fix it and it looked even worst the second time. After explaining to Chad how dissatisfied I was; he was very rude and nasty. His front desk help, Aly is also rude and when asking her any questions she is clueless. I have done everything that Chad has asked me to do in order to get back the money that he owes me and I still have not received a dime. I had to go to the extent of getting an attorney and he has still not paid me the money that he owes me. It may have been over a year but I have not forgotten. I have tried to hold off from writing a review because I thought that this situation would have been handled. After taking my car to a completely different place, showing proof that the work was re-done (per Chad’s request); Chad even spoke to the owner of the other shop and was given confirmation that I did in fact have the work re-done; I thought that I would have gotten back the refund that Chad promised... I’ve had to pay for an attorney , pay to replace parts on my car that was damaged by Bosworth and pay to have my entire chrome delete done at a completely different business ; and NOTHING. I am still waiting to receive the money that you owe me.***Updated Response:It amazes me how someone who claims to be SOOO busy, would have the time to make up everything that you stated in your response below. However, it makes perfect sense for someone who sits behind a desk all day without any knowledge of the company they supposedly co-own; to write untruths and say whatever it is that you need to say to try and save face. The evidence is in the burden of proof; which I have ALL of it. Not sure why you would say “sounds like a scam to me” when I was the one who got scammed. I have documentation and so does my attorney, stating you would be issuing my money back for your poor work and for damages done to my car and you have failed to do so. Chad and I spoke two weeks prior to Labor Day Weekend about a minor project on my garage kept car. He told me to wait two weeks, till the week after Labor Day to drop it off. Prior to dropping it off, I called and he again told me to bring it by and they would work on it. After dropping my car off, it sat outside, unlocked and unprotected all week and it had been rifled through when I checked on it Friday morning. When I asked for status, I was told it would be moved into their shop later that day, yet it hadnt moved when I stopped by late in the day - so I retrieved it. I never received any communication, follow-up or apology for their poor customer service. This wasnt the first time Id taken my car to Bosworth Customs, but it is most definitely the last time. I would warn anyone thinking of using Bosworth Customs to think twice, because they have lousy customer service! NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN YOUR BUSINSS GUYS!

Bosworth is the ONLY place to go in Charlotte if you’re looking for adding mods on your cars! Pretty much they could do anything from audio installation, vehicle wraps, ceramic coating, to performance! They even sell rims and tires, and the tires they sell, are way cheaper than discount tires! Alex was the one who helped me with my car. He’s a hell of a guy! He knows what he’s doing, super professional, very trustworthy, super talented, and always do everything according to his taste, which you can never go wrong with it! Definitely Bosworth Customs have very talented people working on your cars! They work with their heart, they don’t overcharge you unlike any other shops! They always know which best for your cars! These guys are awesome! They buffed out a scratch that the dealer would be have charged me $1000 to paint, all for 70 bucks and it looks good as new! Had a difficult upgrade on 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage edition. Started out wanting to wrap to do chrome delete but Chad convinced me to paint to factory color instead Also did not like super quiet factory exhaust. Factory audio system sounded like transistor radio on kids tricycle. The paint turned out great. Dual exhaust has a great engine note and the difference in audio system is night and day. Work completed at a very reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. Very much a top shelf operation as evidenced by the quality of vehicles in the shop for mods and repairs Highly reccomend this shop for any level of mods and repairs

Outstanding Workmanship and Service!!Chad wrapped my BMW three times until he got it perfect. The first two wraps were from defective product, and while it looked okay to me, it just wasnt up to Chads high standards. After the third wrap, it definitely looked perfect.
