Very clean. The guy who helped me helped me from the minute I walked in and was sooooo nice informative and helpful he let me bend his ear and pick his brain on my next purchase. Gave me some great tips and explanations helped me gifure stuff out and never got bored with me and it never felt like I was bugging him. Great customer service 👏

Love this store, the employees are always super helpful and have always been a big help to me when I need advice on clothing and accessories. I don’t feel pressured to buy when I’m in the store, nor do I feel unwelcome. It’s my favorite place to go in the mall!

A large selection of items, though they didnt have the specific jacket I wanted. I was looking to buy another jacket like the one I currently have but maybe the style is no longer made. Maybe its not available here due to being in the south rather than in Wisconsin. Regardless, the staff were helpful and the atmosphere of the store was inviting.

Everyone in this store was so helpful and friendly! Im pretty sure every one working that day introduced themselves to us by name and offered help, but not in a pestering way. Definitely something you dont encounter often when shopping most places!

While this place has some pretty high prices it is definitely worth it. I bought a gortex jacket from this place a while back and it has upheld every storm we have had here in Charlotte. I can literally run the coat under the sink and it is dry after one good shake. They have a lifetime warranty which is a good indication of the quality of the product.

Okay selection of men’s gear, mostly snow focused, would be great if they carried more casual lines.

Only a handful of customer in the store on a Saturday afternoon, more associates than customers at certain times. My friend and I were in there for quite a while, trying on a few items and made a purchase. Not one associate asked us if we needed help while we were trying on items around the store.

The apparel you would expect. Seemed a bit disorganized at the register during our visit. Checkout took longer than it should have and they didnt offer a gift box so my wife had to go back in and all for one.

If I could give this store a 0 I would . I went there yesterday to buy my daughter 2 jackets . When I first walked in the guy stated he would show me to the discount jackets . I said sir I’m looking for a specific jacket for my daughter . They were following me avd my daughter around the store the entire time . When we decided on 2 jackets for her . We went to the counter to pay for the jackets , the cashier stated the total was 355.60 . I presented my debit card she looked at me and stated she needed to see ID because that was company policy . I thought that was odd because with a debit card there’s a pin you have to put in to make a purchase . There was a white guy standing right next to me and he was never asked for any ID . Fast forward today . I had a white guy call and inquire about a coat and he stated he wanted to come in the store and purchase a jacket and all he had was a check card , he asked did he have to show ID and the manager stated no . I called back and confronted him about my situation the day before and he lied that oh that’s company Policy when he told the guy before , he didn’t need any ID . So I guess company policy on refers to people of color .
