My original plan was to get security for my home at a minimum the Ring doorbell. My plan was to go with Best Buy for the install but I never proceeded with them. Phoenix Custom Systems was at the right place at the right time (for me) and we scheduled a day to install the doorbell camera. I was impressed with Kevin’s professionalism and friendly disposition while providing quality work. So, I scheduled another install for additional security and was impressed again with his crew – 2 brothers, Christian and I can’t spell they other’s name. They too were very thorough and made sure I was happy with the install and gave me an unexpected, but very welcome education on operating the cameras. Very friendly, pleasant staff and the company as a whole was awesome to which I have already given some neighbors recommendation to invest in home security with Phoenix Custom Systems.

We were extremely pleased with Phoenix! Our residential/commercial surveillance system is complex and needed some major updating, a few repairs and present-day features. Phoenix arrived when promised and tackled EVERYTHING with incredible professional insight and advice. They were also quite personable and appreciated our desire to feel and be safe.

Kevin and his crew have helped me out so much. They installed HD security cameras that are awesome. They also installed a new router and access control for my doors. Then they got me on lighting control to operate all of my light in my house. I truly have a smart home now because of PCS. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and professionalism. Great Experience! Tyler gave me exactly what I was needing to help secure & protect my salon with a top notch security system and locks and the coolest app to control it all.My life is going to be alot less stressful not worrying at night if the Salon is locked! I can now check my app and lock it while Im home watching Netflix 😂! So easy and hassle free!Tyler and his assistant did an amazing job too- setting the security system up and their work is clean! They definitely take pride in their work and it shows.Only regret I have is that I didnt get them to come sooner. Im Spoiled now and loving my new security system! ♡

Amazing!! Thats what I experienced with Phoenix Custom System!! I downloaded the NVMS7000 video camera application to my PC, then got stuck. I called Tyler Turnwald owner of PCS. He remote connected to my pc, corrected my problem in seconds. then I asked him to help me save a video of an incident that occurred at my restaurant for my insurance company. Wham Bam Boom!! Done! Then, uploaded the video to google drive for the insurance company. Then showed me how to convert video format from MP4 to AVI format!! The dude is a wizard!! Best of all, pulled me out of a jam, for a small fee. I was so grateful, I tipped him $25.00 You got NVMS7000 problems, Phoenix Custom System is your answer! He truly saved me!!
