Out of all of the locations that I have been to for dresses, Refined Grace Bridal most definitely takes the cake! The dress selection is wonderful and the location is prime. The owner made sure my friends and I were comfortable the entire time and was very accommodating and sweet. The boutique itself is very chic, cozy and overall a great experience.

This was the best dress shopping experience Ive had. The individual appointment and intimate space took the pressure off and allowed myself and the other bridesmaids to feel comfortable picking the best dress.The free Champagne didnt hurt either! Definitely sending my bridesmaids here once I finally get that ring!

The owner is very friendly and attentive as she takes her time helping each customer. The shop is easy to find in Uptown, yet its tucked away from the hustle and bustle so youre not overwhelmed while looking for the perfect dress. Did someone say free champagne? Because that was also a nice touch.

Refined Grace absolutely saved the wedding day of a close friend of mine. On the morning of the wedding, all of the bridesmaids arrived to the suite to get ready for the day. One of the bridesmaids who lived in Chicago, walked into the suite with the wrong colored bridesmaid dress. Everyone immediately went into solution-seeking mode and tried desperately to find a bridal/bridesmaid shop that had a similar dress color. All options had failed us except for when we were given Refined Grace as a referral. I got on the phone with owner, explained the situation and as soon as she arrived to her shop, she sent me photos of dresses they had in stock that would blend with the bridesmaid dresses. Then she hand delivered the potential dresses to the suite that we were getting dressed in. One of the dresses was the perfect blend and you cant even tell from the wedding photos that it was a different dress. I was so impressed with the owner and her quickness to help in this situation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great customer service as well as beautiful, high quality gowns.

Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience! I highly recommend Refined Grace for any bridesmaid dresses/formal wear.

I wish I could give 0 stars.My MOH made an appointment at Refined Grace for 10:30am this morning. She had communicated with someone from the boutique about the appointment in the days leading up. Once she arrived on time, she found the shop completely closed up with no one answering the phone or returning her calls. After 15 minutes, she left.30 mins later, the boutique called her back saying they had a doctors appointment that ran late and asked if she would reschedule. When my MOH said she would not be returning, they HUNG UP ON HER.I also called and left a voicemail on the shop phone letting them know we were very upset and how unprofessional it was to not only not have someone there on time for a scheduled appointment but to also not even call when they knew theyd be running late. My phone call was returned to let me know not to leave that type of message on the phone again.Id also like to mention that this shop makes anyone who makes an appointment put in their credit card information because if they miss the appointment or cancel less than 6 hours from the scheduled time, they will charge you $25. Ironic how this is their policy and yet they cant even be at their own shop on time for scheduled appointments!I hope anyone in the area will read this and can avoid the same unprofessionalism we had to deal with.
