Dean and his crew of mechanics (ie. Juan, etc.) are friendly, responsive and professional. I always buy my tires there and have them rotated when I have my oil changed. If Dean leaves, however, given the recent quality of new front desk hires, I will take my business someplace closer. Hope he doesnt.

Highly recommend them! I was worried one of my tires had a leak. Although they didnt have any available appointments, they still worked me in to their busy schedule that same day. I planned to leave my car for the entire afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised that they finished up within an hour. The prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly and trust-worthy. As someone with limited car knowledge (and especially being a female), Im always hesitant about being scammed, so I truly appreciate how they took care of me. Will definitely visit them again in the future!

This place is where I used to always get my oil changed and they have on many occasions gone above and beyond. Had always been reasonable and willing to work with you. However something has changed and now it seems the customer service has gone down hill so badly its almost like they dont want any business anymore... just a few months ago this would have been a raving 5 star review but I would not recommend them to anyone like I would and have done a lot in the past....again something has changed but I dont know what.

Updating to 1 Star: Took the M3 to another shop, the laziness of the alignment and wheel balance are worse than I previously thought. The alignment was only done partially on one side, the other side had not been touched (silver marker was used on tie rods before alignment and was at the same place on the left side). Wheel weights were put on top of old ones and explains the vibration.Seemed like a nice place but would not recommend if youre looking for a detailed alignment. I asked for specific toe, camber, and for the steering wheel to be straightened for the alignment since it was off center. Alignment was done for the wrong car (2015-2018 BMW instead of a 2001) and I got a fair amount of toe out, too much camber that is uneven left to right, and the steering wheel just as crooked as before. Sadly its an hour and a hundred dollars wasted as Ill look for somewhere that cares about the alignment being perfect.

I was referred to this Firestone by McClure Collision to have a damaged front right axle and bent tie rods with an alignment out of pocket and was very pleased with the price, convenience and service. Dean was my Firestone associate, he was very helpful and provided me with a positive experience. Thank you Dean!

They looked at my car for me when I failed emissions and referred me to a other mechanic because they dont do exhaust work here. They gave me an honest idea of what to expect the repair to cost. They were courteous and kind to me and patient with my toddler. We would definitely return them if the need arose in the future for repairs or maintenance.

Excellent service as always. The waiting room is spacious and clean. There is free coffee. All services are by appointment so when you arrive your immediately taken care of, therefore your out and back on the road quickly. The prices are also very good.

I came here yesterday because my low tire pressure sensor had just come on in my car and asked if someone could put air in my tires and the miserable old man at the front refused to help. He was very rude and said that they were all too busy, even though every mechanic inside there was standing around talking NOT working on cars. He told me to take it back to where I bought it. It was unbelievable to me that they couldn’t take two seconds out of standing around to help me. I ended up going to a different Firestone where they were friendly and actually willing to help. If you want anything actually done, DON’T come to this one.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a tire that was dead flat, they were able to patch it and get my car back to me within an hour for minimal cost. I know a lot of less reputable places would have told me that I needed a new tire.

I think this might be my first Google review!My tire leaked over 10 psi overnight so I was expecting a new tire might be needed. I went into Coley-Jordan Firestone (Family-Own) after lunch hour to get it checked, I was in and out within 20 minutes!They were able to patch and fix it for $20. Dean Harrelson, one of the owners, was very nice and I felt well taken care off. Highly recommended!

I have been in the auto business for 30 years. I have had my car serviced here since 1978. There is not a more honest and excellent auto garage in Charlotte. It is family owned and operated, in fact, my first credit card came from here. They will treat you right.

Coley Jordan Firestone is my favorite place to go for my annual vehicle inspection. I always experience professional, friendly and excellent customer service there. Their waiting room is clean, quiet and comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and gladly answer any questions I have about my car.

I love that I can trust my car with these gentlemen and know that theyre not going to rip me off. Theyre very honest, very professional, and all around good people. As a woman, oftentimes youre taking advantage of when you go to the mechanic. I dont have those concerns at all at Coley Jordan Firestone.

I have been searching for a reliable service team for my four vehicles since my favorite service center closed 2 years ago. I am looking for customer service with honesty and integrity and helpful technicians without the upsell. I dont need a glitzy waiting room although I do appreciate wifi access and coffee. Coley Jordan has all of that and I am sold. I got brakes changed for over $100 less (almost 40%) than the last service location I used . The service was quick and the experience pleasant. I met the owners, both very nice guys. I met the service technician who explained what he did to my car. And, they did not try to sell me anything else. No system flush for $300, no extras. I like it.

Even though I didnt receive service due to the oil changes being booked too Monday Evening, the guy was really really nice and reassuring... Told me that he was so sorry and he could squeeze me in in Monday our Tuesday Of The Following week
