I bought a book through Amazon it arrived in excellent condition at a great price. The way packages get trashed in transit, I truly appreciate the attention to detail in shipping. The book was better than described.

Great selection of used books with great prices. The organization is nice as well. I especially enjoyed the Science Fiction and Fantasy section. It felt like a whole room of books from floor to ceiling.

I love that we have a place like this in our community. The staff is always so friendly and I’m usually able to find what I’m looking for! If they don’t have it in stock they’re able to put you on a waiting list to contact once it has been donated.

Almost every book that was used was 5 to 6 dollars. Great staff that is very knowledgeable. They have a limited selection of new prints and bestsellers up front.They also take donations and trade-ins for store credit.I would highly recommend trying them out before heading to Barnes and Noble if you know what youre looking for.

Its a great place to buy books but you dont get much for donating books even when they are new!

This place has so many different books from so many different genres. The people who work there are very friendly and very helpful. I never walked out of there without at least four books in my hand. I like the fact that you can bring in books and get credit against your future purchases, and they will hold on to that credit on the computer, so that you dont have to keep track of everything. You can also use your credit with their promotions and sales. A great place to go browsing!

Came here for my birthday.Although I understand yellow pages and some shelf wear My only complaint is that some of the books are a bit beat up with some being on the floor and having bended covers.But overall enjoyed my time here and will be coming back again!

Love their variety, all the books were well organized. I got a good discount on their books because I bought 4. And I sold some years ago and they had my credit saved in their system, applied it to my bill. Free cute simple book mark cutouts. Really nice ladies working in the front. Their clearance books outside are a great deal and they have some good selections.

The people could use some training in better costumer services. Some of the woman there are not as friendly as they could be. Not a pleasant visit if I talk to a couple of them. They young girlis very kind and friendly.Some of the books are overpriced. I can pay $5 for a book and have it delivered for free to my home.They pretty much rip you off by telling you that you have credit of two dollars but dont let you use it because you can only use a certain amount of the credit they give you for sold books. I gave up, they are not worth my time. Im done selling to them. Most books I brought they wont take and the ones I did they kept a lot of the profit. Check all their rules and regulations regarding selling and how much credit they actually let you use at the time of a purchase. Its very confusing. They only let you use 50% of your purchase as credit, if you have $2 left like I did, they made me pay the full $2 on the books I bought and just told me that I have a 10% coupon for next time when they just bought a book from me and I already had credit they did not use.

Stumbled upon this place on my way to Barnes and Noble. What a find! I can only speak for the kids section but it was well laid out, organized and had a vast selection of newer and older books in great shape. Bought 10 books for 40 dollars. Will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to buy books. I like that they sort and categorize the book. It makes everything easy to find. And if you cant find it, ask and one of the ladies will look it up for you. You can even call over the phone and ask it they have a specific book. Its very sophisticated.

They have cheap good quality books what more do you want. They are also very nice and no matter how much I bother them🤗 they keep their cool.

Tons of books for next to nothing in price. The clerk was also extremely helpful and double checked to make sure a book I was looking for wasnt hiding on the shelf somewhere. She then took my name and number down and told me shed reach out when a copy of the book came in.More on the prices: the book I was looking for is available on Amazon for $30. The clerk said I can expect to pay no more than $5 when it came in.EXCELLENT bookstore; price and service-wise!

Love this little shop of used books. We tend to drop off our used books here for store credit since the local libraries dont want them (Go Figure!). Sometimes you can find the right books through the maze of bookshelves in the store. People and pricing are pleasant.

I love this place! The ladies that work here are very friendly. Theyll answer your questions readily, they have great personalities, and over all the book store is full, there hasnt been shelf with endless space yet. I usually go in once every month or so, even though they arent expensive, you have to have discipline due to their wide range of books. I recomend anyone and everyone to go simply because there is a book for everyone here.

The Book Rack has a wide variety of genres to choose from, and has a lot of reasonably​ priced, used books overall. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They signed me up with their program that has great discount features, as well as the Reserve feature. This means theyll notify me on the arrival of particular books that Im looking for. This used book store is mainly a paperback store with not much selection in the nonfiction world. I was looking specifically for hobbies and that section was relegated to a small basket on the floor with only books at least 8 years old for a total of about 10 books. Christian section was less than impressive as well. Staff was very courteous and helpful and as a result the 4 stars.

One of the better used bookstores in Charlotte. Good selection of classic literature and the misses loves the cookbook section. Not the best for modern fiction or graphic novels. Nice people though.

I absolutely love going here. The staff is awesome they are very pleasant on the phone they have no problem helping people who come in. I was actually looking for a total of 3 books for my daughter to start the 6th grade they had all three and all of them were decent priced even though they were used books they were still in really good shape almost looked brand new beats Barnes & Noble in my book. Also side note the books you buy there you can sell back to them. Pretty cool huh.

A really nicely organized little bookstore with a plethora of books. They mostly sell used, but luckily the book my daughter needed for class was new in stock, so I didnt need to drive elsewhere. Folks there were real friendly.

Brought in the disabled vet I care for. We had received very poor treatment by a competitor in Rock hill and I was a bit leary of letting him go in alone. The ENTIRE staff were very professional, courteous and even cordial to him. Youve no clue what that meant to us. Even if i could find the same book a dollar cheaper elsewhere it would be well worth a dollar to receive treatment that money simply cannot buy. Thank you so much.
