Drove 45 minutes through rush hour traffic and arrived 15 minutes before their claimed closing time. Doors locked, no one on the premises. I still don’t know where I WILL be buying my new pool table, but it won’t be here.

I had a blast being in the show room not only is it beautiful you will learn so much about something you are about to put a lot of money into! You learn key differences in how these tables are made and why prices are where they are. If they dont have something to your liking (VERY DOUBTFUL) they will customize you a table you pick everything. Felt. Feet. Design everything! To make your own custom table to match the room is going into perfectly! Definitely check this place out!

So far our experience has been amazing! Brody has been excellent to work with. He is very knowledge about the products he is selling and help guide us to the table that would best fit our needs. We are expecting delivery next week, which was faster than what we were expecting. Once we get the table, I will update my review with pictures and how the install process went. He was professional, friendly and he showed us the tables and told us about the different ones and helped us to select the right one. We were very pleased with the service he provided.

Despite our showing up very close to closing on a weekend, Brody took the time to really understand what our priorities were, and what sort of table made the most sense for us. He covered everything from the different ways higher and lower end tables are constructed to which felt to use to most closely resemble what I see during league play. On top of that he made us a great deal on the table and accessories. I knew I was going to put a pool table in the house I was building, but wasnt sure about how much I wanted to spend or which brand to buy. I talked to every billiards dealer in the Charlotte area, and Cindy at Carolina was the most knowledgeable, professional person I spoke with. She really knows her stuff, went over in detail the differences in construction by manufacturer and was very patient and helpful answering my many questions. I almost bought somewhere else but ended up with Carolina Pool Tables because I was most comfortable dealing with her. I got a Connelly and could have spent less for a lesser table, but Im confident a got a very fair price for the quality I received. Installation was right on time and done very well. I recommend Cindy at Carolina Pool Tables plus without reservation.

New to the Charlotte area and stop by just looking. However, Brody is such an awesome and patient guy that we walked away with an excellent custom pool table. I would highly recommend visiting their floor room. My first ever written review...so I honestly stand behind this experience.

The Carolina Pool Tables staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased my pool table 8 months ago, and it is still very nice and sturdy. They really know what theyre talking about and saved me from buying some cheap table that wouldnt stand the test of time.

We wanted to be able to use all the space in our new home and decided to convert the formal dining room into a pool room. (No one now-a-days uses their formal dining rooms). We have a open concept floor plan and wanted to make sure it was a nice one, but at a reasonable price. We checked on line and found a few, but went with Carolina Pool Tables in Charlotte. Dan Riddle was kind enough to show us our options and provided us with the knowledge to make a sound decision. We ended up buying a pool table and a shuffle board!
