I noticed a defect in a piece I purchased and they were very easy to work with and even helped me swap them out... I have purchased several pieces now and love them all!! This. Place. !!!!.My go-to furniture store in CLT. I’m always up to date with their shipments via social media. My husband and I love dropping in from time to time. Most of our home’s furniture has come from this location! Great pieces, with very fair price points. Come check this place out if you’re looking for unique furniture, that are also equal in quality!

Working in retail & customer service previously, Ive got high expectations when I shop, especially for higher prices items. The staff answered all my questions & helped me put together the perfect room. Where I lack creativity they totally picked up my slack, they were not trying to sell me items I didnt want (couldnt afford either). Thank you, Nadeau staff for being everything & beyond! We will definitely be checking back for more pieces to add to our ever-changing home.

Visited pre-covid: I thought this place had some really unique items. Prices are higher, probably in accord with the unique pieces. However no employees addressed us. That was very off-putting. If Im going to spend more on a piece, the service should go along with that. 3 employees passed by us at different times and walked right by us. Maybe this is normal? Not sure. But was sad because they do really have some nice pieces.

Found this gem of a place a few years ago! We have purchased three pieces of furniture over this time frame and recommended to friends as well. Solid furniture and unique pieces!

We recently bought a new house and Nadeau has been our go-to for most of our new decor. Their prices are unbeatable for the quality. We have gotten so many compliments on our furniture because it is so unique! There are options for pretty much any style you are looking for. The guys that work in the store are always super friendly and willing to help move things around so that you can see what they look like together. And, theyre always helpful when it comes time to load up your car :)

Awesome service by Marc Verbena. Went to Nadeau - Furniture with a Soul website then to the retail store in Hollywood. Super easy, no pressure, answered all the questions and even offered coffee. The quality of furniture and style is what made me go into Nadeau - Furniture with a Soul but ultimately it was the service that sold me. I got the white Ethan sofa with a white Eva chaise to accompany it.

Cant get enough of this place! Furniture is great quality and great look! It has everything we are looking for at a decent price. The staff is very helpful and they are constantly getting in new shipments. Highly recommended!

This is the neatest little hidden gem. Love their unique pieces of rustic wooden furniture, and they have the BEST candles!

Great store, staff, selection and prices! They stand behind their products and have a rotating stock of pieces.

A lot of cool furniture only issue is there is minimal parking, parking lot is falling apart, and you cant use a wheelchair as the isles are very narrow and deadends everywhere. Suggest looking more into facility layout to improve customer satisfaction
