They were able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with my wheel speed sensor. They completed the job at a reasonable price. I had previously been to two other repair shops where they were unable to do this.

I really appreciate Felixs and Ricks knowledge that they have on the vehicles they repair. I usually can come in later in the afternoon because of work and they work with my schedule so Im grateful for that as well. They also hear me out when I tell them my vehicle problems to help me figure out whats wrong with it as opposed to trying to make an excuse of something else that is wrong and that I need to get fixed.

Awesome team and great customer service! I took my 2006 BMW X5 in due to my service engine soon light which I had been trying to get off for months with another repair shop. I was able to secure an appointment next day and they diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to correct it the very same day. They even discovered some wiring issues from the prior repair shop and took the time to correct it. It’s been a week now and still no service engine light. Felix, Rick and team did great work on my 2005 BMW 3.0i. I had the car for only a month, it was purchased straight from auction. It had $192k miles on it and needed excessive work. They diagnosed its exact issues, which were very numerous and complex (cooling systems, engine coil, hoses, fans, pumps, leaks, etc.....) They laid out the total picture for me and cost to get the car road worthy. BMWs are expensive to fix, but for the amount of work and the quality of work received the prices are excellent. My vehicle is running amazing. I was very pleased with the overall experience from customer service, knowledge and quality of repairs, and reasonable prices. I have rarely been in a position where I could honestly give a 5 stars rating on a business; and this is actually my 1st. The attitudes of the team is courteous, positive, honest, direct and friendly. I started off as a customer, but now I feel as if I have been blessed with an extended family. The quality of service is exceptional. I know when I need maintenance on my car, there is no question in my mind who is the best. They do what they can to help the customer without causing more additional stress financially. I have been doing business with them for years; and I have been nothing less than totally satisfied. I also need to say in the beginning I was making a 4 hour round trip to get there; because of the fact that I KNOW they are worth it!!!. I thank God for blessing me with them.

After a bad experience at AAA on South Blvd, I took my car to Premier Import and had a wonderful experience. The guys were considerate, provided a quick resolution and offered fair pricing. Though nobody likes car repair expenses, including me, I will be returning here if there is a need.

Brought my Porsche to Felix after a random no-start. They found the issue right away and was exactly what I had suspected. They also diagnosed another issue with the ignition switch, which had been plaguing me for a while. They didnt know that when They told me. They are honest and priced to compete with the dealership. I was referred by a Premier customer. Yes, I’m a person that goes to the dealer each time my baby coughs. Now that she’s getting up there in age I need to take a look at my options. When I explained my situation to Rick the owner he made me feel at ease. I only needed to replaced my battery which is a big deal paying for a Bmw battery. They ran the diagnostic just to make sure there was Nothing being overlooked.The place is clean and the mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. Just had a very pleasurable and dynamic experience here at Innovative Imports. Brought in my 2008 BMW 550i M-Sport with multiple issues. From the beginning Rick and Felix were both attentive, professional and knowledgeable. They inspected the car and pin pointed all the items right down to the millimeter. The car is running great and STRONG! These guys are top notch! The shop is clean, organized and high-tech. An absolute pleasure to know there is a place we can count on to bring our imports and have them serviced properly and fairly. I even got a ride to wherever I needed to go after I dropped the car off and was offered a pick up once the car was complete. You just dont find this high quality service around these days! Innovative Imports was the answer to all my prayers. They are professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable and best of all very friendly. I had an extremely technical problem that no one else could sort out on my Mercedes, and Innovative Imports quickly and inexpensively fixed it. I love my car and plan to only take it 3 hours away to Charlotte for all service and warranty repairs. My 2008 BMW 550i wasnt serviced correctly during a valve cover maintenance job by a pervious shop. Mechanic recommended Innovative because they couldnt diagnosis the problem. Took the car to Innovative...Rick took the car to the back and within 3 mins of taking the car into his shop I was with him because he already diagnosed the issues. He showed me what the previous shop did wrong and what they didnt fix. Also he showed me other things the car needed and required. Very thankful I met Rick and his team Innovative receives an A++ from me AND my 550 is running like a showroom car again. I HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone. Any job, any issue and any problem...guaranteed!

This is the worst shop ever. I got some work done to my car and when I got it back it was more problems with the car then when I originally took it there for. Had to take it back 3 times for a bad part and they still havent fixed the problem. At 1 time they had my car for 2 weeks and as soon as I drove off the same problem existed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

We thought we found a trustworthy auto repair shop. Unfortunately turns out not to be case. Replaced SAM and left block pins. Initially we were advised work would be done in 1 day...took 3. During this time they seem not be able to clear the issue and we had to keep calling them for updates-red flag 1. We were finally advised that they had the wrong programming (how did you not know the program was wrong) red flag 2. They get new program and install...same issue. Finally they were able to figure out they were missing a wire that Mercedes forgot to send. After work was FINALLY completed we were given additional recommendations for repairs. Within a few days after the work was completed check engine light illuminates. We take car to two other places(Im feeling undecided about prior work) to get diagnosis. One of the codes was related to their prior recommendation and another something completely different. The issue we now had was NEVER an issue before. Car was not stalling and even the complete read the dealership had given before did not list these issues. None the less we get several quotes and decide to go with another company for one of the repairs. While preparing to get repair from that very REPUTABLE company were advise that their is an issue with the programming thats causing several miss reads. We bring it back to Premier because its only right they fix what was clearly not done properly and were advised it would take an ENTIRE DAY to figure out the programming issue. Suprise we receive a call at the end of the day that the car wont be ready until the next day. They had the audacity to charge us for fixing something that was not properly done in the first place. What were we going to do? We had no choice except to pay again to get our car for something we already paid. They have conveniently blamed the other company for blowing a fuse that wasnt even near the repair they completed. Needless to say we wont be returning and will take appropriate actions with all consumer agencies. I would STRONGLY advise for anyone whom is considering repairs from this auto shop to reconsider. They nickle and dime and dont take ownership for their errors. UPDATE TO BELOW OWNER RESPONSE: The response from owner tells you everything you need to know! We decline further work not due to insufficient funds as stated below but due to the previous poor workmanship. Its reprehensible that the owner would LIE and state as such. Lets be clear we NEVER told about an intake manifold until the car was picked up on 9/21 along with now all of sudden wheel barrings needing replacement. The only thing previously recommended was alternator . Like any other consumer , we got 3 quotes and decided to go with another company whose price was in the middle. Paperwork DOES NOT LIE. Pay attention to how NONE of the customer issues weve pointed out were address. Bottom line we were without car for more time than initially advised, they did not program car correctly from previous issue and are UPSET because we took our car somewhere else because they previously provided mediocre service AND our car was returned with more issues than it previously had before. Money was/is not our issue; your LACK OF SERVICE and WORKMANSHIP however IS.
