I paid for a I dont blast coupon on a third-party website and I called the company and try to schedule when I can come get my glass replaced they told me that the locations were closed in Charlotte I dont understand why youre still selling coupons then🤔🤷🏿‍♂️

Based on the competency, or rather lack there of, of their drivers alone… I wouldn’t recommend this company. If you’re going to have people representing your company by driving around your company vehicles, perhaps you should teach them how to be competent drivers. While cutting me off literally being inches away from hitting my car, I had to slam on brakes to avoid getting myself and my baby in an accident.. All because he didn’t want to have to wait and merge into traffic, like all the rest of us were having to do. Got pictures of his truck and license plate in case the owner wants to know which of his drivers is a rolling advertisement of destruction.

My glass broke while I was on a business trip, to my surprise Charlottes Auto glass not only fixed my windshield on the spot but also has one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you again for making it less of a headache.

To start, I responded to a Craigslist post that lead me here. Searching for a used car with a friend and found the post. I responded asking to know the mileage and was told 76,000. Get to the address, OReillys, the guy pulls up in a different car, and now has me follow him to go see the actual car for sale (red flags raising.) It was apparently the back of this shop trying to sell cars. The one we were looking for was buried in leaves in the back behind a couple other cars. After he jump starts it... I get in, and notice the mileage is over 190,000. I immediately just left. They seemed like very dishonest people in my friends and mine points of view, and i will never go or recommend them for anything.
