My experience with Service King has been excellent. The entire process of getting my vehicle repaired was effortless and hassle-free. The company kept me abreast of its progress through frequent text messages. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. My car was finished when they promised. I would not hesitate using them again should the need arise.

Brought my truck in for an insurance claim. for body work. When I received my truck back I got one block away and my dash lit up with all sorts of warning to tell me to turn the engine off because of 0 oil pressure. Got back to service king and we opened the hood and there was a ground wire hanging in the engine bay not attached to anything. the service tech said woops I meant to hook that back up. They will not take any responsibility and it has cost me $700 out of my pocket to get the truck road worthy again. I would not trust them with a bicycle!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!!! since then I have not been able to get them to respond to emails or phone calls. Just a follow up for those of you thinking about taking your vehicle there. I sent an email to the address the owner posted to my review. It has been 2 weeks and no response back. They are truly terrible at dealing with issues!! Update months later my key fob died and my key doesnt work anymore. they replaced the divers door which also rubs the front fender when door opens and closes and the only key hole into cab doesnt work anymore either. i have tried to get in touch but the will not return my emails.

Takes a lot to get an update on how your car is doing, you often need to actually call them on the daily just to see what progress has been made into it.If you first check the car for damage how is it that they find damage later on it 11 days after the car has been given to them, theres no actual sense of urgency. Now yet again do I wait for an adjustor to take his sweet time then the repair to take forever.

One of my good friends recently had work done on his bmw. His amp and sub magically disappeared after taking to the shop for damage done to the FRONT END. They had no business opening his trunk, and they refuse to take ownership of it.

Very un honest establishment. Recently had a club member get a lot of work done here. They stole items out of his car, then rudely hung up on him when questioned. This type of customer service is horrible and un expectable. Please take your business elsewhere if you value your possessions.

Service King was recommended to me by my insurance company. That being said I dont have any major issues or complaints about the actual work performed though I do have an issue with how I as a customer was treated. I reported items that were missing from my car, the only other place my car had been for 5 to 6 weeks was in my garage. There were no tool marks or damage to my trunk area. Yet my trunk was   disheveled, I have a chess bag missing tie down that were holding my subwoofer/amp missing and the afore mentioned amp and sub-woffer missing. I was told upon reporting this that theres no proof it happened here and that I would have to file an insurance claim. An attempt to give me a half-hearted apology was hung up on by me. No empathy, no investigation only denial. I have never in my life experienced such insensitivity as a customer. I would warn you in advance, tied down or not or take everything before hand and after pictures least you suffer loss, anger, disappointment and utter disregard for your concern.Even after I reached out via y b w customer service email its nothing but crickets from service King Collison.Ok update for the latest information about my experience. Its a shame that I wasnt treated like district manager named Rick treated me. All of the customer service people need to consult with him or someone l8ke him in order to get things roughly right.Ihave a reasonable resultion to my problem. A special shout out to Rick!!!

The best service experience I’ve ever had by far. I brought my car in to replace my bumper and was blown away by their great customer service. Upon walking in I was greeted and taken care of immediately. I was able to drop my car off that same afternoon and they called me each day before they left with service updates and let me know if they anticipated any delays. My car was ready in a few days and I was on my way. If you want fast and friendly service definitely choose this company and location.

I wish I could give Service King 100 stars. EXCELLENT customer service and quality of work. We chose them for auto repair service after a fender bender and they were quick to fix our car and get us back on the road. They originally estimated that the repair would take a week. That’s not unusual to me. They had Enterprise pick us up and take us to our rental car so we didn’t have to worry about anything. We were very surprised to get a notification only two days after leaving our car for auto repairs that our car was ready for pick up! We were greeted again by excellent service and our car looks great. They gave us a lifetime warranty on the work and they even cleaned out our car, vacuumed it and washed it. We didn’t expect this high level of service at all and we were given the royal treatment. If we ever need auto repairs in Charlotte, NC again, we are choosing Service King. The GM holds his staff to a very high standard and we’re appreciative of the entire Service King team. So happy with the service, efficiency and quality of this auto repair shop. Service King is a great place to do business with, it was time for me to pickup my 2013 infinity JX 35 and turn my rental car back in but I did not have the money and I needed to keep the rental car to go to work and go see my 6-year old son who just went through heart surgery, so they help pay for more days for the rental and also my car insurance company Geico help as well. So yes this is a great company to work with concerning you car needs they truly care. I am throughly impressed with the service that I received here! From the moment I dropped my car off to leaving with it, I had no worries at all! The staff went above and beyond from beginning to end, especially Danielle and Heather! I left the parking lot with a cleaner car than when I dropped it off! All questions were answered and in a way that made sense to me as a customer. They respected my time and the fact that my car is my baby. They were professional but also relatable and friendly! They were in my opinion honest with their prices. Another shop wanted to completely replace the rear door vs repairing it. They were friendly and the work was done quickly and saved me hundreds $$ in the process. Which was important because I was paying out of pocket.The repair was perfect.

She promtly answered ALL of the 1,000 questions I had and made sure I understood the status of the repairs throughout the entire process, and ultimately gave me peace of mind regarding all of my concerns. I am truly impressed and amazed by the collective efforts of the entire Service King team. The technicians did an exceptional job with repairing my 50th anniversary, limited edition Camaro (a.k.a. my baby). I am beyond satisfied with the results of the repairs and truly grateful for the high caliber of quality workmanship that was demonstrated by every little detail being completed with perfection.

Not my first visit her but it was the first time for service on a personal vehicle. They helped with insurance involvement and arranging completed repair service.As expected the repairs were completed in the time arranged with regular updates. The resulting body work was perfect on this and all previous visits.Hope I never need them again but when I do they will be my first choice.

Chris was a top notch professional with my car. I’m writing this review because I’m very picky and happened to think my steering wheel was slightly less than a degree off, in spite of perfect alignment done after my repair. BMWs require all kinds of special equipment, and thankfully Chris walked me through everything. He accommodated me long after my repair as my car had been sitting for a while in-driven. He fixed the hair-of-a-degree steering wheel issue I had, and even brought me back to the car with safety glasses and let me sit in the car to insure I had the wheel where I wanted it as he operated the steering column bolts. Would recommend Service King Charlotte for anything in the future accident related. McKenzie and Candace are also very quick and great to work with, they answer the phone any time you call.

Incredible customer service. Unfortunately, I tend to end up in accidents and they always take care of me quickly and everyone is incredibly friendly. For this last trip, I was going to forgo a rental car and uber home, and one of the employees offered to drive me home instead. Shoutout to Lester for saving me $20 and being the sweetest human being!

I had an amazing experience with Service King! My car was rear ended and I took my car here and I was worried if when the repairs were all done would my car be off a little bit and the paint but I was definitely wrong. My car looked absolutely amazing when I got it back and doesnt even look like I had been in an accident. The customer service was outstanding. They kept in contact with me about my repairs from the time I dropped it off until the time I picked it up so thats a plus for sure. My original rep I was dealing with Daryl he was great but he transferred to another store but his replacement Mike was just as helpful and great as Daryl was. I am overally satisfied with the work done with Service King. I hope to not ever get into another accident any time soon but I will definitely choose this place to do more work for me if that time ever came again. Highly recommend this place!

I understand the whole insurance,deductible,and repair service but when it comes to communication with the customer is key you have the expectation set for them. I wouldnt highly recommend this location at all but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Brought my Tesla in for a minor bumper repair - they somehow got paint overspray all over the entire car.They originally tried to say it was dust from a business next door but the windshield was so spotted with paint that is was hazy when driving in the sun and could not be cleaned off... after admitting it was an overspray - god only knows what solvents they used on the car to get it off when they brought it to the back to “wash it”.The car is only weeks old and who knows how this will impact it over the long term. I would not recommend this company.

I went in today with an appointment. I was late due to an accident and they took me in with no issues. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with great customer service. The service manage Kevin went above and beyond anything I could ever expect of a company. I had a recent bump up that had not been taking care of so they got the claim number and another associate James called and took care of that for me. Enterprise left me waiting over 40 minutes so Kevin drove me to Enterprise and still there he had to help me get taken care of. I had an appointment to be at and he did everything he could to make sure I would make it on time. Again, this customer service was outstanding and I would recommend this place to everyone!! Thanks Service King!

Poor customer service went in to get a quote just now for repair after one of the liberty mutual insurance clients hit my car.I walked in with no type of greeting not a hello how are you do you have an appointment nothing I guess that’s what you get when you go to these side business repair places. I wasn’t getting my car repaired there it is what the adjuster needed taking to Town and Country Ford Collision.not sure how this one of liberty mutual top service provider I guess bad drivers bad customer service providers.
