I took my Traverse in for some body damage on the front bumper of the vehicle. I was greeted warmly and they walked me through all of the steps of the repair process. They assisted with arranging transportation during my repair. My estimate included the amount of time required to complete everything. I was provided timely updates on the status of the work, which was very helpful. My repair was completed on time and within the estimated amount. I will definitely give them my business again and I highly recommend them.

Steve was very helpful and professional in both my initial inquiry as to their ability to replace my damaged frame on Yukon and the follow up actual repair. He worked with insurance and frame supplier to obtain authorization and then quickly got frame ordered, delivered and installed. He made what was a very stressful incident go along very quickly, smoothly and nicely completed. He coordinated with Sheila in service to also do oil and transmission service that was due while vehicle was in their care. During all this they both stayed in constant communication as to progress.

I did not have an appointment and he took the time to address my paint issue and even took the car in to polish out the spot I was concerned about. NEVER EVER again will we be using this service. Absolutely awful. No one could give me a straight answer regarding my vehicle repairs. My car had been there over a week to fix very minor damages. Insurance company contributed to a bit of the wait but we were told once they approve the supplement and the part arrived the car would be ready that day. Not the case. Opted for text message and email alerts, received one email stating they accepted my email for alerts. Called multiple times throughout the day and left messages and got no response until minutes before closing. After finding out my car was in reassembly Friday at noon we expected a call a few hours later to come pick it up. Nothing. Not even a call before closing to tell me to get it Saturday morning. Saturday morning and no one knows the status of my vehicle. Called again 2 hours later and was told probably wouldn’t have the car until early next week. When asked to speak to a supervisor was told they don’t work on the weekend. Terrible customer service. No one seems to be communicating with each other and no one can give me an answer regarding my vehicle. Never using them again ever. Will never recommend them ever. Reviews sounded great online, not sure why we were not treated as such. Can not understand how no one knows the status of one of the vehicles in their shop.

Let me just say, if I ever have any body damage to my car, this is where you’ll find me! Friendly staff, timely repairs, communicated with the insurance so I didn’t have to fight with them. This was the best place I’ve ever had work done! I really enjoyed my experience there!

I had a crack in my windshield and talked to Hendrick Collision Center City Chevrolet about getting a new windshield. They were able to help me get it replaced at a great price and very fast! Once the windshield came in they took care of it immediately and I didnt have to wait! Thanks guys!

My car looks great after the repairs and cleaning. Im very satisfied and they communicated well with me while they had my car. Their customer service was good from all of the employees . It was a helpful and pleasant experience

I would jump in front of a bus before taking my car back to this place. Each time I go to pick-up my car, it’s in worse condition than when I started. It’s 12 weeks past the initial timeframe provided and I’m waiting to have the interior leather repaired from where they covered it in paint. My full story is below, but in short, avoid this place if at all possible.My car was hit on 11/17 and needed a drivers side front and rear door. I was told the repairs would take about a week, but had to fight to get my car back 31 days later when my insurance stopped paying for the rental. I went to pick the car up, and the condition was abysmal. My black car had grey primer on the exterior, the doors were missing areas of paint, and they had given me a junk yard door with rubber areas that looked to be about 20 years old. As if that wasn’t enough to make you furious, the interior of my car had also been trashed. There was debris from the sanding everywhere and an oil stain on the leather.Danielle assured me that I would be taken care of quickly and gave me a rental car to drive on their dime.One week later I was called to come get my car. The interior had been cleaned up, but none of the body work had been completed. The doors were still missing areas of paint and the rubber had not been replaced.I was told to take my rental back and that the work would be finished in a day or two.2 weeks later, I go to pick up my car. This time the exterior of my car is looking good- hooray! However as I get inside to leave, I notice that there is grey primer paint all over the interior of my car. I’m furious, but am told that this was “just the patina of the leather” and my car was in this condition when dropped off! After my husband spoke with a manager they gave concession to the fact that it was paint and attempted to clean it. The “cleaning” resulted in my leather seats being bleached and I am at this moment waiting to have the leather replaced.I appreciate the efforts made to right the wrongs I’ve encountered, but this has been a continuous headache.

Repaired the damage and repainted our metallic black Dodge Ram, they did a fantastic job! Plus they finished before the expected completion date. Excellent customer service from Jonathon Poe for the updates and his genuine kindness. Thanks again!

My fiances car was fixed with no hassles and earlier than expected.

Worst body shop I’ve ever been to! Never had an idea on what was going with my car or better yet when repairs would be done. Repairs took alot longer than what they should have. When i got my car back it wasn’t even clean and was missing most of plastic clips that held the underliner of my car on. Now i just hope that the work they did actually holds up so I never have to bring my car back here again.

Most everything that has the Hendrick name attached is a class act. No exception here!
