The entire staff I dealt with was polite and pleasant. But that is about the only positive.On the recommendation of a few people and after reading reviews for this place, I decided to take my car here for collision repairs. Repairs were not completed for two weeks after the original date of completion quoted. Granted, part of the delay was due to the insurance company, but not two weeks worth.When Im told my car is finally ready, I come in to take delivery. Upon inspection it is clear my car was no where near ready. Panels were not aligned properly. The hood had more divots in the paint than the surface of a golf ball! The car was allegedly detailed however, the only area waxed was the front and there was so much excess wax residue on the bumper, it looked like my car was driven through a dune of automotive wax. And finally, certain parts installed were from the wrong year - yet the parts were supposedly ordered per my VIN?Three days later, it was finally complete. Things arent perfect, but close enough. Still, disappointed in the excess time and poor workmanship when initially presented with my repaired car. I expected more based on reviews and recommendations and was let down.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CarStar.

My insurance company recommended this shop to me. The online estimate tool they provide is very convenient. Staff here was readily available by text and email and they provided good updates throughout the process. They did quick and professional work. They did have some issues with getting the needed part, but they worked to quickly resolve the issue (wish they could have taken a little off the price for the mixup).Overall Im satisfied and would recommend this shop to others.

From the minute I brought my truck in to get repaired, Scott made me feel like my truck was their first priority. I pretty much received daily text updates, and ETA of completion. I actually brought two cars in, the other being totaled. Scott even went into the other car to eject a cd that meant a lot to my son.Rarely has any manager, or crew, gone the extra mile for a customer, than Scott and his crew have. When we came to pick it up, he was in the truck spraying and cleaning the windows, and wiping any dirt that had accumulated overnight in the lot.I can’t recommend Scott and his crew any higher. A model for how to run a business, especially one that caters to people who have had a traumatic event just happen in their life.Bravo to an excellent, and all too rare experience these days.Thanks Scott!

This has been my only body shop since they opened and thus job was exceptional! Insurance totalled it, they got me back on the road looking better than new!

I had a good experience. I was offered a loaner because it was going to take 3-5 days to repair my vehicle. I got the call the car was ready in the three days. There were no major hiccups and everyone was pleasant. Most important my vehicle was fixed and the paint job was great.

From the moment I walked in- I was greeted in a polite professional way. I needed repairs for my Nissan Pathfinder and Ryan was able to help me right away. The end result was amazing! They even took the time to wash my car and clean up the inside. My car looks & drives like its brand new ! Thanks again for your hard work ! Definitely recommend- will come back when needed.

One year after they did a warranty clear coat it is going bad in many spots on car. They refused to take care of it. They repaired and painted entire car and it started to go bad in three years . They redid parts of it in 2020.Clearcoat is pealing off hood and trunk .I have owned this 2004 Mustang since new.

I was involved in an accident with my car which was a hybrid and my car was in terrible shape, airbags blown, front end damage, could not be driven, I didnt know who to call. I researched and found CarStar Jerry Rhynes Collision from the moment of contact Ryan, Tara and Scott was extremely kind understanding and easy to deal with. I was worried about getting my car towed from Concord to Charlotte and Ryan told me not to worry they would take care of that and keep me informed as well as work with my insurance company. Unfortunately my vehicle was a total loss, but I can say Ryan definitely kept his word I was kept in the loop with emails and phone calls. Tara even double checked that I had received all of my belongings and license plate before releasing the car to my insurance. Hopefully I dont have any more accidents anytime soon. I will highly recommend them because they made the whole experience alot easier and it felt like I was dealing with close friends that truly care.

Took my car in for a side mirror replacement. Took about 25 minutes I was in and out with no complaints and my bill actually was lower than the original estimate! I will definitely be taking my car back to Jerry’s again.

I’ve been here multiple times, and with a new driver in the family, I’ll likely be here a few more times. I have to say every time has been the BEST experience I’ve ever had at an auto service company of any kind. I never felt like I was being gouged, in fact, I’ve often been given alternatives to save a bit of money (repair vs replace, etc.). These guys are so awesome, it makes me *almost* want to go see them - almost ;)

I initially picked this location because of how polite Scott Williams was on the phone. Tara was very knowledgeable and kind. She arranged my rental car, and made the process simple. All of my questions were answered. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Exceptional service all around.

The customer service here is as good as the work. I worked directly with Scott from start to finish, and he was patient (i always had toddlers in tow), explained everything, and made sure the entire experience was smooth. The work was well done and they dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to do a lot of leg work. They also had cleaned my car inside and out when I cane to pick it up! An unexpected, but very pleasant surprise.

I would never come back to this place nor do I recommend anyone to come here they have had my car since September They gave me a loaner car and sent my check off to be endorsed and I could drive the vehicle until the check got here they called me the middle of the day and told me they loaned the car to someone and they needed it back my check was subject to be here in 10 days it was already on the 8th day I came to return the car and even with a letter from the Lien holder they saying the check was sent and on the way the still refused to give me my car back the people there are rude and the black lady @ the desk told me her self they do t like working with us meaning black people this place will get 0 stars from me if I could. I would definitely take my chances coming here

Although youll never want to have to visit a collision center, if you need to, consider Jerry Rhynes. JRCC provided me with excellent service and communication all the way through a service that I needed where I was not at fault. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work done, their coordination with Enterprise RAC, and the turnaround time. They are going to be moving to a new location soon apparently, so check before you go.

Awesome Job from start to finish! I had the pleasure of doing business with this company due to a freak accident with a lawn mower that caused me major bumper damage. This was my 1st stop and After speaking with the consultant Scott, I decided to look no further because of his excellent level of customer service! They provided me with a ride home after dropping my vechicle off for repair, kept me informed about my car along the way, no hidden fees and very professional. I was recommended to jerry rhynes collision from a coworker who has done business with them for years. Im new to charlotte, so I took a chance on them with my insurance repairs. Absolutely the worst decision I could have made. I am in the automotive industry, I take pride in the work and repairs I out out. Obviously jerry rhynes collision does not. I took my car there 3 times, now I have just given up and will fix it myself. To the untrained eye the car and bodywork were excellent. I am very happy with the body line repairs. The paint work however was a joke. Trash in the paint, over spray on the other side of the vehicle, dents that were never there before in the door. The biggest thing is nobody seemed to care, nobody was apologetic. The bottom line is this place is a joke, two weeks without a car, and still over spray everywhere. This place does not take pride in there work.

Jerry Rhyne and his entire staff are extremely professional, friendly, fair, honest, hard-working people and they happen to be the best at what they do, in my opinion! I recently took my Acura in with damage to the front bumper and side panel. I couldnt believe that they were able to repair all of the damage instead of simply replacing the damaged bumper and side panel. They made my Acura look brand new again. My car was ready within days of dropping it off. I was also expecting the bill to be much higher than it was, having used other auto repair services in the past. To top it all off, Jerrys staff cleaned the interior of my car so well that it looked like it did the day I bought it. I am very thankful to Jerry and his staff and have already recommended several people to Jerry Rhyne Collision already. Our family will never use any other auto repair business again.
