Paradise pools and spas certainly lives up to their name..our backyard has become a paradise! They installed our pool and spa a year and a half ago and we love it! What stood out to me was I had called many pool companies for quotes. The owner of Paradise pools was the only one that got back to me right away, one of the only companies that followed through with coming and actually giving me an estimate. He went above and beyond and took the time to draw out a plan right then and there and spent time answering all my questions. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and his workers did a great job installing it and were always happy to explain things and answer questions. I am so glad I picked them for my pool!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I was swimming in the pool a month from the start date. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained clearly. Im very happy with my pool!

Had several issues: pump leaking and motor getting louder; high chlorine level not able to get down. Tech diagnosed pump problem, and gave several fixes with options related to life of pump, and money. Decided on pump replacement. Completed on site, and tech reviewed operation. Tech also recommended fix for high chlorine level, and that recommendation fixed the problem.

Paradise did a fantastic job of communicating during the entire process of ordering and installing our new pool liner.

The inspectors that came were way too quick and annoyed with questions, if I pay 150 for a pool inspection i expect to be able to ask all the questions i want and for you to give me answers. I went to their office and their more concerned with conversations than with helping answer questions... not very good service.

We chooae Paradise Pools over serveral companies that provided estimates. Will and Bob are outstanding to deal with from day one to now and it haa 2 years since our pool was installed. When I have any questions dealing with pool and or equipment, they respond within the day. These guys are professional and provide great service. .
