If you’re in Charleston this is a great place to stop. Hanna the shop owner is amazing and creates a lovely atmosphere. They had a beautiful selection of crystals and house blended teas. I would definitely go again!!

Today was our first visit to Herbal Passion and we were very impressed with the variety of house blend teas in particular. Hannah was super knowledgeable about her inventory. Not to mention very friendly and welcoming! In addition to a few teas, we also picked up a tincture, a mask, some incense, and CBD cream. For how cute and tiny the shop is, it has so much to offer! I think this shop has been around for a few years, but can’t wait to see this business flourish and hope it can grow to a bigger space! Imagine what Hannah could do! PS: we felt super safe in terms of covid. She wore a mask and so did we. Thanks, Hannah!

The WORST experience I’ve ever had in any establishment. The owner was totally unwelcoming. I’m not sure what was going on with her but she made me feel like she didn’t want us in her store. I can’t even give a 10th of a star.

This was my first time going into herbal passion and Hannah seemed to be so helpful and attentive to other costumers but totally ignored me and my sister. She was rude and had an attitude for no reason. She didnt engage with me at all even after i tried engaging with her multiple times. I was truly planning on buying herbs, vegetable capsules and 4 tea steepers but she turned me off and i ended up only buying 2 tea steepers which came out to $20??!!!!! but ended up returning one. I hope she can learn how to deliver better costumer service so no one else sharing the same interest in her shop feels the way i did after leaving her shop.

Herbal Passion eminates energy that is as potent and the beautuful section of products that is carried by the shop. Hannah, the owner, is awesome and knows how to help if you may need it. We are lucky to have this place in our community.
