We called M&B on Friday afternoon due to our main unit dying (it was 15 years old and just couldnt handle the heat anymore). M&B provided an up to date quote, great communication and phone calls during the parts process (they worked all day to secure parts when 5 other major companies in town said it would be up to a week or two to get the equipment, after they sent a tech out for a quote/site review). M&B handled it professionally, honest and open about the parts process and secured the parts, and confirmed an installation appointment for Monday - today. They acted fast to ensure our home was back to normal with interior temperatures we could actually live and sleep in. Great Company! Great Technicians! -Excellent Professional Install / Maintenance-Custom secondary drain pan for vertical down flow installationHad M&B replace a compressor in my downstairs hvac back in 2012 because their prices were significantly better than their competition. When I needed a new upstairs hvac installed in 2016, they installed a 2-stage and I have never been happier.Yesterday, I had them replace my downstairs unit with a new 2-stage and you can see the photos of how clean and professional the installation looks.One of the things that turned out absolutely perfectly was my request to install a secondary drain pan. I had the unpleasant experience of finding my air handler had leaked some water over the side of the main pan due to excessive residue buildup on my coils back in 2014 or so and ended up with some slightly warped floorboards. Hence why you should always keep up with your maintenance calls, it would have been caught before it became a leak point. Anyways, so I wanted to make sure I had a secondary pan when I got my new unit installed. I sketched up a schematic and Eric made it happen on site, used some treated 2x4s to make a structural frame inside the pan to raise the air handler, and it is PERFECT! Exactly what I was looking for.Highly satisfied with my install by Eric and Austin. 10/10.

I initially contacted a differnet company to get an estimate on cleaning 10 mini-splits. They charged me to come to the house and the estimate they gave me was 3 times as much as the estimate I received for free, over the phone, with M&B. The two technicians that arrived(on time) were professional and curteous. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend M&B to service your mini-splicts or traditional heating and air system. They are top notch and I will keep them on speed dial in my phone for futre services!

M&B did a quick and great job for me when my HVAC went out. Jacob spent the time necessary to diagnose my problem. He’s a great repair man and communicates so well. Always cheerful. I contacted M&B after being told by another company that my blower motor needed cleaning and that I needed to install a $4,000 air filtration system. To say the least I was a little hesitant since the system was only 2 1/2 years old, filters were changed regularly and I had a maintenance contract with the aforementioned company. I decided to get a second opinion and contacted M&B after visiting the Carrier website and then reading all of the reviews on Google and Facebook.From my first contact with Heather it has been a great experience. She provided pricing for a service visit, a full blower cleaning (if needed) and an annual maintenance contract. All of the pricing was fair. I scheduled an appointment and was given a time slot and the name of the technician, Calvin. Heather was very helpful and does an excellent job of representing the company.Calvin called prior to the appointment to confirm his arrival time. When he arrived, he explained that he would inspect the blower motor to determine if a cleaning was required. It was not! Regardless he pulled the motor to show me and then proceeded to blow off what little dust was there. He also sprayed the motor with a disinfectant. Calvin is very knowledgeable and professional.Based on my experience with Heather and Calvin, I entered into an annual maintenance contract with M&B. I am looking forward to having M&B service my HVAC system for many years.

I was so impressed with M&Bs service and installation a handful of years ago at our previous house, that I called on their services again to replace the heating and ac systems in our current home. Kenny, Heather, and Julie committed a great deal of effort and time to ensure that we were getting the best systems for the best value to meet our needs and wants. They all had the patience of saints when answering my seemingly never-ending questions and explained the options in very practical terms. Installation by Eric, Austin, Matt, and Shawn was very prompt and painless (for us, at least; I have no doubt that suffered silently in the heat). I highly valued the hometown service that everyone provided. They gave the same level of service you would expect from a friend or neighbor. That quality is extraordinarily hard to find nowadays. Myatt and Bates have serviced my HVAC for over 9 years now. Up until the summer I had an old system which they kept going for me as long as they could. In July 2020 they installed an entirely new system for me and have been out twice to ‘tweak’ it for me.I have only positive comments for Myatt and Bates as a company and for all their employees. From their receptionists to their technicians I have always had excellent service. They are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, always on time and respectful of your home; keeping it clean while they work and also during the pandemic; being safe.I would recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

AC was not working on a Saturday. Called answering service after hours and a phone call from technician not long after. Technician came right out fixed the problem. Enough said of why I have used this company for years.

Well my 80 year old mother had no ac they came and said old system so put Freon in the unit and it worked less than 15 hours . Charged my mom $312 to come and do nothing more than add Freon . We will never use them again and I have called repeatedly and have not talked to anyone who has helped resolve this issue. If they think they can ride over and throw some Freon in an elderly persons ac unit and not find out the problem and charge someone a jacked up price for doing next to nothing I would never trust any more of their work. The BBB will be getting a letter from me, about this situation.

I had an AC issue on the 4th. Calvin came quickly, found the problem and fixed it. He did a check of the system beyond what he replaced to make sure all was good. He had looked at my service history to see what other issues had occurred and made a recommendation for whomever did the next service. I appreciated the thorough customer focused service.

My HVAC upstairs went out and they showed up very promptly to repair it.

Calvin was great. He helped 100% by suggesting we keep our existing Honeywell thermostat instead of relaxing with a Nest. Calvin walked us thru how to control the Honeywell remotely and called Honeywell Customer Service for us to work out a couple accounts glitches. Thanks Calvin!

My issue occured on a Saturday so I was expecting to have to wait until Monday to get it resolved or have to pay a much higher rate to have weekend service. I was able to get my unit fixed that afternoon without paying any more than I would have paid on a weekday. The company was very responsive and the technician was able to resolve the issue quickly and inexpensively.

They were absolutely wonderful. I was able to get a maintenance appointment in 3 days in the middle of July. I know they are super busy, but they still made me a priority. Fast service appointment too. Just a little cleaning and topping off and all done

I just replaced a 17 year old A/C system. The new system is working great. The salesman and installers came out quickly even with the heat wave here at the end of May. Installers were 15 minutes early👍👍, very pleasant and done installing my new A/C in 4 1/2 hours on a Saturday. I was very impressed with the customer service in buying and installing my system so I can only hope /imagine service on the system will be the same.
