After being in a rush to purchase a Fascinator Hat for a Kentucky Derby Party, Suzanne was so responsive and gracious in responding to my email on Sunday afternoon! When I arrived at her shop the following Thursday, she had a Huge selection of Hats and it was hard to decide. Suzanne was very good at picking out the right hat to match my dress. I traveled from Bluffton, S.C. to Charleston. It was well worth the Trip!

The fascinator I ordered for a wedding did not come in time, so when I arrived in Charleston I found Suzanne at Fascinated by Hats. She had so many lovely creations already on the shelves, but I explained the colors, size and the dress I’d be wearing and she started creating a beautiful, custom fascinator on the spot. My wife was looking for a hat/fascinator for a special event. What better time to look when we were visiting Charleston, SC. A quick search led me to Fascinated by Hats followed by an email to make an appointment. Suzanne was quick to reply and was very accommodating to our schedule. She took the time to go through the types of hats even though we had limited ideas on what exactly we were looking for, but she helped my wife narrow down and find exactly what she was looking for.Suzanne was incredibly friendly, very welcoming and professional all while our twin 7 year olds tried their best to remain patient throughout the process. She even took the time to make them feel welcomed as best she could. She made some custom additions to the fascinator my wife selected that same evening and arranged a pick up time before we left Charleston the next day. Upon picking up the hat she also made a special something for my daughter remembering (all three of) her favorite colors that made her entire day.Suzanne makes incredible hats while considering the customer 100% and making everyone (even the little ones) feel special. She understands design and what works best within the frame of the individual and is willing and able to make things custom. She went above and beyond in the short time she worked with us and I will now be looking for another excuse to purchase another hat for my beautiful wife soon. Couldn’t be more impressed or happy with this purchase. Well worth it.

Suzanne is a very creative hat and fascinator designer. I have one hat and two Fascinators. I love her ability to design a hat to compliment or match outfits, face and personality. As a more practical person, I have a Black hat with whimpsical feathers that is perfect with most of my outfits. Then I have a brown fascinator made with quite a few different feather patterns that can be worn two different ways depending on my hair style or mood. My favorite color is purple..so for spring I bought another well designed, creative fascinator that compliments many outfits. It’s a fun shop with over a hundred items in all colors and sizes. Suzanne will also help you select the right one for you here in Charleston. Totally, recommend “Fascinated by Hats” for something extraordinary.
