I spoke with Steve and was easily the least helpful person I could have possibly talked to. Asked about a part for sale and said he had no idea if it was there and to just come on in and find out for myself. Couldnt take 30 seconds to just help me out or ask Lee.

I have purchased several golf carts and had successful repairs from GCOC over the last 20 years. I took the cart in November 2020, called after delivery eleven times and visited twice to check on what was going on. Lee, the manager, never returned one call nor did he offer any reasonable excuse on my visits as to why he had not addressed the diagnosis/repair. I picked up the cart today, the second week of March 2021, to deliver to another repair shop. I can not recommend Golf Carts of Charleston.

Miffed yesterday when I “needed a picture” (my own fault really) but returned today pic in phone and in less than two minutes Lee had what I’d been searching for online for over a year now. Great price.

Sales good. Service lacking. Called in august for repair and was told two weeks. 16 weeks later and nothing. Ended up calling the mobile golf cart man of charleston who was prompt and efficient.

If you have low expectations and want poor customer service...call this company! I called this company seeking help with a repair. The receptionist was polite and asked me to send a picture of what happened to my cart. I sent the email and didn’t get any kind of confirmation they had received it. I called again the next day and got the same person; she said they received the email and their service person would follow up with me. More than a week has passed and I’ve sent a couple more emails with follow up phone calls but still no reply. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

These folks are fantastic. They picked my cart up to handle a minor issue and when I got it back it was sparkling clean after several months of neglect! They even got the mildew off the seats and roof!

I have been scouring Facebook and Craigslist for several months. There is no rhyme or reason to the prices people ask. I drove over to the shop and told them what I was wanted. They had the cart I was looking for under the price I thought I was going to pay. They followed up with the delivery schedule updates several times and every single person I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable.

Owner and staff are very personable and knowledgeable about cars. They assist with any questions you have and are not pushy in any way. I looked at several other dealers and no one ever made an attempt to even assist me. Excellent buying experience, I would highly recommend!

From beginning to end it was a horrible experience. Showed up to the store and found the owner inside the show room. Purchased a set of batteries for my cart. He was very short and could care less about giving me any service at all! I asked him multiple questions about various things and he acted as if I was bothering him..... Went back the next morning to drop my old batteries off and ran in to the owner taking out trash before store was open. I was wanting to purchase some items from the rear of the store, he told me to come back..... With no time frame! I asked him when would be good and he said 3-4 weeks.. I asked if he was the owner and he replied yes with a smirk on his face!! Will not ever go to this place again! Horrible experience.....

Very Happy with them!I bought my Refurbished Club Car from a Columbia dealer and the cart was average condition.The guys at Golf Cars of Charleston tuned it and fixed it, now it runs great!

Ive used.them many times and found them fair and reutable. Hope all goes well this time too.

Took the time to show me how install the cart cover I just purchased, they didnt have to do that.
