Had no power in two upstairs rooms. Teddy and Harrison showed up on time, restored the power and explained the issue and suggesting but not pressuring future upgrades. They were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I especially like that Mr.Sparky keeps you updated as your appt gets closer and even sends a pic of the technician who will be doing the service. Will definitely use again for any future electrical needs.

Removed existing and installed a new chandelier on 20ft ceilings. I was quoted a price and they stuck by it even after the effort took the better part of a day, the support of another two technicians, and the delivery of a tall enough (16ft A-frame) ladder to complete the job.

Had a great experience with Joey. New home to us and he consulted with us on attic vent fans, bedroom fans, 50A plug, low voltage wiring and kitchen lights. He listened and gave us realistic numbers and time frames. Hopefully have Joey out for the installls.Update, Joey did come out with his right hand man. They installed the 50A for our RV, recessed lights in the kitchen, a new fan in a bedroom and he move power out of the attic into the laundry room. The were focused and did a great job on everything.

I called them because the electricity in half of our house kept going out. When they came they said the way my ground wires were connected was not up to code and I was not getting enough voltage. They said they could do the ground wires and the electric company would need to come out to handle the voltage. I know nothing about electrical work so I agreed to doing the ground wire work since they made it seem as though I needed this in order to correct the issues we were having. When the electric company came out they said the issue was on their end and there was no need to change the way the ground wires were connected. I called to office to requested a refund. I paid 523.00. I have no problem paying for the diagnostic fee. I spoke with Connie the office manager twice and she told me she would have the Operations manager call me. I have yet to receive a call back. This was the second time we used this company because we were happy with the first job that was done. But this will be the last time. I feel like I was scammed.

I booked an appointment with this place based off of their reviews online and I agree! They were very professional and prompt and took care of everything that needed to be done. I don’t know how their pricing compares to others since it’s hard to get multiple quotes the way electrician businesses are set up but it seemed fair to me. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Great job by Joe. Did nice work outside for the outlet and provided box to cover old outlet. Also installed new light fixture where an old one was. I now have an overhead light in my laundry room and it will make doing laundry easier. The outside outlet will help us use electric lawn appliances. I am very happy with the job done!

The services provided by Tim were fantastic! Everything he did was discussed, priced transparently, and then carried out with perfection. Installing the upstairs bath exhaust was hard, but it was done very well indeed.

Master bathroom lights stoped working, (found to be a faulty breaker) plus two outlets needed to be replaced. Danny did an excellent job explaning everything. I dont remember Dannys helpers name but he was very good and followed instructions well. Replaced several smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector in my rental house. Came out the same day, small extra fee for that of course, but renters said he was great! Knowledgeable and explained everything.

I had my whole house rewired by Mr. Sparky at the beginning of the year and Im very happy with the work that they did. Johnathan and Bo were friendly, professional, helpful, and just all around fantastic. Rewires are never cheap but they were able to route the wires while doing minimal damage to the drywall, and they charged me basically the same amount that I was quoted by other electricians who wanted to cut channels down all of my walls so that they could run their wires the quick and easy way, and leave me with thousands of dollars worth of additional drywall repairs afterwards. I feel like I got my moneys worth and that the work done was of high quality. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to have electrical work done.

I called on the 4th of July and the person that answered the phone could not have been more efficient!! Then our service technician, Brent, called and came…wait for it…a few hours early!!! My service person fixed my problems. However, they charged me over $900 to get the broken parts of a light bulb out of 8 fixtures. I understand the $174 to show up and evaluate my problem, but I am so angry at the final cost. He made it sound as if I had any issues with wiring, he might not be able to fix it, so that was the extra cost. I am also ashamed of me for falling for that nonesense. They should be ashamed of themselves for pulling a fast one on an old retired lady. I will never use them again.

They performed a rather extensive laundry list of jobs including wiring iling for a light fixture which required running a wire from an existing switch into the ceiling which had no preexisting wiring. These jobs were accomplished on schedule and close to the estimated cost. They were in and out in 2 days and we were grateful for the timeliness and quality of the work.

Tim McKendree came out and installed a porch light for me. I am glad I had a professional electrician with over 20 years of experience come out and replace the old light that was builder-grade and had fallen apart and was now a dangerous light. The condition of the old light warranted a professional install. While I only had the light installed, Tim consulted with me about upgrading the breakers and installing some new smoke detectors. I will hire Mister Sparky again for my electrical needs.

Danny was the lead man on my homes electrical repairs and assisted with home generator re-install. Excellent work, on time everyday, kept me informed of the scope of work. Clean up each day was excellent - almost as if they werent there. While Mr. Sparky may cost more than others its very simple - you get what you pay for. Will use them again for any electrical issues in my home.

Mister Sparky kept us well informed of our appointment and with the electrician who was going to perform the service. I received an email identifying Sam prior to his arrival. Sam fully explained all aspects of our requested service, the performance characteristics of all the equipment and actual installation details. He was very professional and polite and very careful to not dirty the house. We feel extremely comfortable about Sams explanation of all the details of the surge suppressors he installed, and also provided additional helpful information for us to query the local electric company.
