[UPDATE] So far so good. We walked in to ask some questions and a nice man stopped what he was doing to answer. Without an appointment, he set us up with Gina, who helped us select a suitable countertop, gave us an estimate based on our measurements, then scheduled an appointment for the proper measurements to be taken. Well know more as we move forward.Randy came by to get measurements. His attention to detail impressed us. When we showed him a picture of the sinks we ordered, he asked for us to bring them in once we received them, because they may need to be inset into the top. We hadnt noticed that and he was not obligated to mention it. I am impressed. I will update again once the installation occurs.

WoW! I never realized what a difference choosing the right company for my stone counters could make! We needed to replace our two year old granite and MVP showed up on time, listened, quoted a compelling price and installed the stone beautifully.We are so grateful!

I met with Brendan @ Charleston Cabinetry & Countertops to talk about the kitchen remodel we wanted to do before putting our home up for sale. He recommended we also work with MVP for our granite counters, and he put me in touch with Lane. Lane came out and measured everything and provided suggestions. After a visit to see the granite in their showroom, we agreed with his main recommendation... and the price was right. The finished kitchen is beautiful, and was one of the top reasons the new buyer purchased our home. We highly recommend MVP Granite and Flooring.

Broken subway tiles, cut the wrong size holes for our bathroom sink, tore up our walls and trim in our bar area and kitchen, broke our faucet in the bathroom. On top of this, they offered to fix everything, but it was just lip service. My wife and I were very reasonable with them on resolution, but they just wanted to get paid and move on. Horrible communication between the general manager and his staff. The staff would come to our house. take a look and tell us they didnt feel comfortable fixing something and thought it should be replaced. The general manager would then send us an email, telling us his staff said everything was taken care of.......The general manager only cared about getting paid for the job and not about providing the appropriate level of customer service.Was very disappointed. Many better options to get your countertops done.

Fantastic experience from first contact to finished install. C.C. took care if me from the second I walked through the door even dealing with my annoying questions with a smile. Joey, who came out to measure, was so professional and made something very technical look effortless. I never got to meet the installers...I ran out to the store for an hour and when I got back I had a new countertop perfectly installed... Huge recommendation and a big thanks to Charleston Cabinetry & Countertops for their recommendation.

Terrible experience, they messed our granite install and refuse to remedy the situation even after 1 year. Just lip service, no action. Avoid at all costs! Im just seeing below, another person had a great experience with these ripoff artists!!

Do yourself a favor and stop researching any other countertop or flooring company in the low country! I know how hard it is to locate a timely and competent company to have any home project completed here in the Charleston area. This place is the exception and Lane Mack is a true professional in every aspect. He came in on a closed day to help my wife and I...he makes it clear he is there to help the customer make the best decision possible and he is a honest. The gentleman who helped me with the dimensions at my house was top notch as well...I can only say one negative thing....they both are Clemson fans! Haha Thanks MVP!

We worked with Jennifer Woodworth to order a countertop for our bathroom vanity and a cap piece for a knee wall. She listened to us, looked at samples of our cabinet and our flooring and immediately guided us to exactly what we were looking for. Once the order was made CeCe was right on top of the scheduling. We got both pieces on schedule and they were done exactly right. The measurements were done by Joey Barnhill who was very competent. The installation was done perfectly. We have no complaints and would highly recommend MVP Granite. They certainly delivered for us.
