If you have not already make sure you download the app. You get additional discounts through the app and I didnt spend much money!! They also had all of their registers open!! Unlike Walmart 🤣😂🤣😂

I cant smell so I cant say anything about that. But my girlfriend really loves this store and it made her super happy that they had a large variety of a selection and lots of good smelling soaps. The staff were all nice and very helpful. Even asked me if I wanted to sniff out the mens section but I said no only because I cant smell. I did look tho and there are still a lot to choose from. The sales are very nice just by looking at the prices and they arent exactly expensive, only if you get a lot of course. Its always busy but thats because its so popular with everyone and always has products that someone eill use. Even the small little hand sanitizer accessories. If I could smell. I would still most likely like this store.

I love bath & body period. I remember a lady here helped me get an app where I can get a regular discount and I appreciate her very much until now. When I need a piece of heaven in my nose I go here. That means once a month at least ;-)

Great place, great deals. Very friendly people here and willing to help you find what youre looking for. Plenty of good stocking stuffers that you can find like polo mist and really good smelling holiday hand soaps. Good idea to get on mailing list so you can get regular coupons and save even more money

Was very disappointed in customer service at this location. The music was LOUD and I couldnt hear the employee. When I asked if it could be turned down, I was informed the assistant manager wiuy just turn it up. I hurried out with adding more to my bag. Apparently the assistant manager doesnt care

I am a rewards member. After I spent a fortune I received 2 rewards for $16.50 each. After waiting in a long line just to get into the store. Then smelling 50 candles for $15.95 each and finding 2 that I wanted for my wife I waited in the long cashier line. Finally getting to the cashier I was told that rewards were exempt from any sale items. Way to go Bath & Body. Whos in charge of the rewards program. Ebinezier Scrooge?

I rarely visit the mall but when I did I got a great deal on my favorite shea butter oils and lotions. Autumn was very helpful. If you go there ask for her. Shes amazing. At first I was lost about what I wanted but she got me right. Ill be visiting again real soon.

The bath & body works was okay seemed to me as if they didnt have a very big candle selection though. Im a big candle person but wasnt impressed with the candle selection. The staff on the other hand very polite. If your shopping for anything besides candles I recommend this bath and body works to you.

Bath & Body Works in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for soaps, lotions, and potions. Sometimes I come in here just for the pleasant smells and see all of the new items and sales that they have available. This store is one of my favorite in the mall and is usually a must stop during any shopping trip. This store is well managed and organized and I have had a great shopping experience every time that I have visited here.

Feel comfortable in a business that cater mostly to females...never to old to learn

The sales representatives here are Extremely helpful. They greet you when you first arrive and circulate through the store offering help. They often have VERY good sales going on and the sales reps. make you aware of them upon arrival. I always have a good experience when shopping here. Well done!

I love Bath and Body Works regardless but ever since their remodel it is always so fun to go in and visit. The people they have working there are fun and uplifting. Just put everything in my cart.

The store is clustered at time but they try to do their best, associates are friendly at times. They just don’t seem to be as friendly as the girls at the West Ashley store. They seem to rush you in Northwoods mall. I would travel to West Ashley or Mount pleasant before I got here. I live 5 mins away from Northwoods mall and I still don’t shop in that particular store anymore.

I got a body wash for Christmas. They wouldnt exchange it for a lotion that was $1 more, and I was well prepared to pay the difference. Definitely wont go back lol. Customer service is key. Too bad corporate just wants to make a buck.
