Staff are really nice. They have a large variety of drinks which was impressive, especially the tea lattes. I got a medium mocha mocha coffee latte and it was good. I paried it with a plain bagel with cream cheese. As a side note they do not have bacon.

Came to the area for vacation, and happened to drive by Biggby, and I’m sure glad we did! 4 days in a row later, the coffee was so great every single time! While seasonal, the pumpkin cold brew with cold foam or simply the pumpkin iced coffee were some of the best we ever had! On top of that, each staff member we interacted with was so nice and made us feel welcomed. We left with smiles simply from the great interactions. Big fan of Biggby!

Keep doing whatever you did to get such wonderfully energetic, pleasant team. Was in town helping my son move and it was refreshing to encounter such a great group when you are hot & exhausted. That peach berry smoothie is fantastic on a hot day in Charleston!

This is officially my new favorite place to work. The staff is super friendly, and the seating is perfect for setting up shop with a laptop. Comfortable but not distracting.

Coffee is delicious and service is great, but if you go through the drive thru and the line is long, theres no way to exit, and no way to know how long the line is until its too late to be able to exit.

Food was absolutely incredible for a coffee shop. Flavored Redbulls were tasty as well. Service was below average, barista had no personality.

I have tried several times to be able to give them a better review. The coffee straight up taste like I have lick the bottom of an ashtray. This morning I got a mocha and it is so bad that I’m not able to drink it. The reason for the two stars is that the staff is friendly and the service is very quick. If you enjoy good coffee this may not be the spot for you.

I bought a few sandwiches and they packed it full with amazing ham which I loved because a lot of these shops will give you the minimal. Their coffee was so so good not too sweet and not too bland it was perfect! They had a little sticker that said “thank you for supporting our small business” that is what actually brought me to write a review. Best bagels I have ever had! They also give you the opportunity to buy from DoorDash so you can enjoy it at home with delivery :) over all an amazing place you should definitely stop by!!

3 people behind the counter and only 2 working. Did not greet me when I walked in. I just stood there for 3 minutes w/o any acknowledgement.

Very polite & great customer service!! Didnt like that they still have their dining closed. I understand thats a personal preference & I respect their right to it. None the less their golden turmeric was delish & they added more creamer when my mom went back & asked for more. Will visit again soon!!

I have been here twice. First time I got a gingerbread latte I believe, wasnt really my favorite but still very good. The next time I got some sort of frozen mocha, and I kid you not it was one of the best frozen mochas I ever had. I will be going back, and I would love to see them expand and open more locations in the area.

Purchased a coffee this morning and it had no flavor - was supposed to be the Lucky Charm coffee. This is the second time Ive visited this store and was disappointed - Ill stay with Burrell & Flynns or Starbucks. On a good note, the staff are very pleasant.

Biggby Coffee Charleston West Ashley on Saint Andrews Boulevard is a very convenient and quality option for coffee when you need it. The location is very central from many different directions and easy to get in and out with what you need when you are on the move and need something. It is good to have a Biggy here.

My mom works here so Im obligated to give it five stars. I jest, its really good coffee.

Its a great coffee place. Great staff. The only things I would change would be the drive thru section. Its to narrow. And instead of waiting til the person is done at the window to take orders from the drive thru, do it before hand. Multi-tasking is a great thing and will bring more business. Over all will go back and get more coffee

Just sad. Asked for a plain latte. Barista said they dont have lattes just mochas. Who are these baristas try working at Dunkin maybe. Tried the muffin; disgusting threw it in the trash. Save yourself some time and money and go to a real coffe shop. Terrible service, terrible food/coffee. Love the Biggby on Old Trolley they actually know how to make the coffee on their menu.
