Excellent customer service, 15% off every day, not overpriced compared to online stores. Very accommodating to the customers needs. Quite the variety to choose from in shoes and apparel. Overall one of the best dance stores I have ever experienced.

Nice place, decent prices. They dont have clogging shoes though and with the lack of dance stores in the area it would certainly benefit them adding them to their selection

The young girls who work at this store are not friendly. As much as I would like to support this small local business, Id rather buy online just so I dont have to interact with them again...Its a shame, especially being one of the only dance stores servicing Charleston.

I have been in this store many times over the years and purchased many things. The customer service has always been not really friendly, but today it was especially poor. I came in and bought my daughter $38 jazz shoes and barely got a smile from the lady working. It seemed as I was inconvincing her by just walking in. As this is the only store in West Ashley that sales dance apparel and accessories I guess they dont think Friendly customer service applies to them. A smile and a friendly attitude really goes along way with people. I will take the drive to mount pleasant next time!

Honestly, whoever runs the store is not very customer friendly. The store is already kind of overpriced even for dance items, and taking into account the lack of good customer service, I would not recommend this store or shop here again. We were the only customers in the store, and the women helping us with the purchase seemed ill or put out and like we were taking up her time. Next time I’ll go somewhere else or order online!

Beautiful store with a great (relatively pricey) selection. However, the woman who assisted me in fitting my pointe shoes had a horrible attitude. I had never been questioned so much about a purchase as if I were doing something wrong. I danced for about 7 years growing up, and decided to pick it back up as a passion and exercise from home. Apparently there is an issue with this. I received multiple negative looks and left feeling very uncomfortable, as she never asked me anything besides personal questions. If you are going to visit one of their stores, avoid this location! Also, you can purchase leotards and other outfits at places like Target, DONT let them scam you into paying $60 for something you can Google is only $20.
