After a nightmare experience with purchasing a lemon from Vroom, I was hesitant to purchase another vehicle without test driving it/seeing it in person first. I was told they no longer offer the service I’ve always received if the car wasn’t purchased with them. Well, Astorg Auto, we will no longer be in need of your service nor will we be searching your inventory for the right car. We will look to buy the right car at the place that offers the right service. For the record, we tried to get service at another Mercedes in NC, but can’t even get a return call. Needless to say, Mercedes has lost our business all around. I’m very sad about this and hope in my heart that it’s a fluke due to the difficult times, but I may never know.—————————————————————Great service. All my service is fine here. We have been visiting for 2 years for service and trying to find a car I like enough to trade in my current car. Our sales guy sends me updated inventory via email constantly and the send coupons and discounts for service and vehicle purchases. I love that I can schedule my service appointments and they drive 40 minutes to my house, pick up my car, leave me a loaner at no additional charge and then return my car when done. It’s convenient and stress free. No traveling back and forth, long waits or wasting my days away. When I do stop in, there are always complimentary coffee, donuts and snacks. The dealer where we lived last wasn’t this accommodating. I appreciate it and hope to find a car soon that steals my heart away from my current car.

Every time I call I am transferred to the correct department however never does a person answer my call. I have left numerous messages in one day and daily waiting sometimes 4 or 5 days before I get a return call. I am very unhappy since my car is only 3 months old and I am having issues that I cant even talk to someone about.

The service department never listens to anything in the two years I have owned our Volvo they have never completed a full service ever either the tires come back not rotated or the fluids are not completely full or they didnt wash it they dont call and communicate properly I most likely will never buy another car from this car dealership they are not what they said they would be to me.I have asked several times to have my windshield wipers reprogrammed because they will not fully clean the windshield they dont start spraying the window till theyre over halfway across the window they cannot accomplish this

A guy from this store almost hit me when I was pulling out of Sams on 7/13/21. Then proceeded to flip me off and ride my bumper.

I arrived at dealership unannounced to see the vehicle of interest in unprepared condition.To complicate issues more, my contact was delivering a new vehicle out of state.So you could imagine this situation would be confusing at best!Wrong, I was immediately greeted and taken to vehicle. It was as described to me online (I reside 2.5 hrs. away from dealership).The car was immediately moved to the detail shop. I was taken to the sales office, paperwork was filed, documents closed. The vehicle was cleaned, prepped full of gas and ready to go upon leaving the office.The remarkable part, it took only 1 hr. This is truly a large accomplishment that can only be performed by a group with excellent teamwork and experience. I purchased a 2017 Range Rover EVO HSE. I ordered the mud flaps for the rear and front. The front flaps works great but the rear flaps will cover sensors on the left/right of the bumper. I wanted to return them but because I no longer had the plastic bag, they would not except them. I tried calling the dealership to resolve this issue, so far know one will return my call. So it looks as if I am stuck with these flaps. I have bought several Mercedes from Astorg in Parkerburg, WV, great service , no so great from Charleston.

The best car buying experience ever! Kevin Campbell was my salesmen and he was AWESOME! I inquired online about a vehicles availability. Kevin calls in minutes to let me know yes it was available. I was stuck at work and couldn’t get to the dealership before they closed. He brought the car to me so I could look at it and test drive it!!! This also allowed him to gather all he’s info on my trade in. I decide to buy the car and he sends me a link for a credit app. Next morning I get a call with my Finance options, paper works gets drafted and I get a text from Kevin letting me know everything is ready to go. I Go to the dealership and it maybe takes 10 minutes to sign my paper work and the keys are my hand ready to go. The Car is already detailed and filled up. I bought a Mercedes off of Astorg and they seemed responsive during the buying process. The salesman delivered my car and promised to have a Concierge call me within 2 days to set up the Mercedes app on my phone and help me go through things. The salesman also promised to look into the GPS system since it didnt come with the navigation card to see if it was supposed to. I never heard back, so I called the dealership and no one would help me. I got transferred from service to sales to concierge, back to reception, etc. I have contacted them 9 times and left messages and voicemails with every person I can and they refuse to even return a call! Ive never been treated so poorly in my life, and this is a MERCEDES BENZ DEALER!!!!! They do not deserve to be in business the way they treat customers!

I thought my car would be cleaned up before it was returned. I live over an hour from the dealership. I do fill the loaner before it is picked up, however it is then driven by your personnel back to the dealership. I think that needs to be taken into consideration when reading the gas gauge. I love the convenience of having my car picked up and returned to me.

I called to purchase a Mercedes GLE and after some exchanges with the salesperson about the vehicle, he called me a N word and hung up. Managements laxidasical and uncaring response to this situation leads me to this review. After many phone calls to management, many unreturned calls or attention to the matter, I only was able to be heard when I posted on a salespersons advertisement. A manager finally called me to properly address the situation that happened over 4 months ago. They were to write me a letter of apology but Ive gotten nothing. They didnt even invite me down to apologize to my face.My top two vehicle choices the Mercedes and Range Rover arent even options now. I wanted other people of color and those that support equality, to know what happened to me and how they mishandled it and a disregard for such an occurence.

Couldnt have had a better experience with Astorg Land Rover. I worked with Jordan and Tyler on a pre-owned RRS. I live in NYC and have not owned a car in 10+ years. The dealership took a mint 2012 RRS on trade with 37k miles on it. I have been searching for a clean, older body style RRS and this was the nicest I came across in my long search. They were extremely patient and answered all my questions (I had a lot!). I bought the truck without test driving it and had it shipped to Brooklyn, NY. The truck was better than described when it arrived and they now have a customer for life!

Astorg of Charlestons customer service was beyond great for me recently. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time I purchased my used car from them and Tyler had his service man fix my non-mechanical issue in about 15 minutes at no inconvenience to me. Kudos to Astorg!

What initially began as a great experience with Astorg during the purchase of my most recent vehicle, a Volvo V60, quickly became a nightmare. I purchased the car on a Friday- the purchase agreement and all necessary documents were signed by myself and by the authorized dealer representative. The deal was done.On Saturday morning I received a call that the dealership made a mistake on the deal and that I needed to sign an entirely different purchase agreement through Volvo that would increase my APR and the overall amount financed even though they admitted the error was entirely on their end. The dealership took it upon themselves to check my credit with Volvo without my authorization. I called the finance manager and left a message regarding this issue 1 month ago and have still never been called back.After a couple of weeks of back and forth, I was told that I could just stick with the original agreement. After I hadnt received any information from United Bank (who the car is financed through), I called United and the dealer had not submitted any paperwork regarding the purchase of the vehicle, so I had to contact Astorg AGAIN to tell them to submit the contract.Finally, I received notification that the original purchase agreement has been misplaced and I need to sign another in order to transfer the title from WV to OH.This has been the worst experience with customer service that I have EVER had. The lack of professionalism, disorganization, and negligence that this dealership exhibits is infuriating! I will never work with this dealership again, and I suggest you avoid them at all costs!
