Im going to give a 4 star for how nice the employees are. However, Ive been turned away twice. They wouldnt change my oil because they said my oil was too high. 👀 They wouldnt change my tires because my wheel bearings were bad. Geez, what could you guys do for me? But I like the employees. Im sure they were following necessary stipulations.

Cheap tires but they lost the center cap and all the other extra fees should have just went to Neal tire

Didnt call me to tell me my car was done, even after they told me it would take an hour, when it took 2 and a half, even though they had the right phone number. Asked a nice woman there how long my car had been sitting, she said it was there awhile. Its okay if they forgot to call me, but I just hope next time someone can maybe double check if the customer has been called, especially if its near closing time, and if the car has been sitting there for a long time. Just a heads up, please make sure you call the customer if they arent waiting in the store.

4 new tires. 2 lost air first week. They broke censure. Had to go to Toyota to fix problem.

OK, went there for an oil change and to get my wheels looked but was told I needed tires. Ok, so I pick my tires and said go ahead and put them on white lettering out. I watched them and it took them over an hour and a half just to change the oil. Next tires, oh wait, the manager had to have his meeting with his crew first. 20 minutes later, the next crew clocked in, OK. Was told my vehicle was done. Walk outside, white lettering on the outside on 2 tires! Must not have passed that on to the next guys clocking in So for tires change and an oil change, 3 and half hours.ill pay more somewhere else from now on Had I not been from out of town, I would have just dropped it off but I had to wait!

I went in to get an oil change a week ago. It was extremely crowded due to thanksgiving break coming up. Instead of telling me that they were too busy to perform the oil change. I never received everything I paid for. I left without them even changing my oil. I didnt notice until after I hit the road. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Do not patronize these lazy workers!!!!

I was just here yesterday, and I am floored. I was helped by three men named Robbie, Brian, and Bob. My car needed a new battery, and they were more than willing to help. During the installment of it, they noticed a problem with a frayed wire, and took me out to my car to show me. Robbie put in a new wire for me, and then they replaced a blown fuse that was causing my stereo to stop working. I didnt even know either of these were issues, and they did not charge me for either of these services. Installing the new battery took quite a while, but Bob gave me a 20% discount for waiting patiently -- they helped me with three things, two of which I did not know were problems, and only charged me the cost of the battery minus $20. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and thanked me several times for waiting while they worked on my car. Absolutely take your car here, they have an excellent team.

Terrible and lazy workers. Ive worked in several auto shops and you never turn business away because your ready to go home. Would highly suggest to take your automotive needs to people that actually know and want to work on your cars
