Bought a Can-Am Commander this past weekend. Great experience with Hidden Trails. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy - they made the process very easy. We had to drive back to Huntington and get a bigger trailer....it was going to be a few minutes past closing time before we could make it back. Called them and they were happy to hang out and wait on us. Highly recommend!

Called to see if they had a solenoid for my bike said they did . Asked them if it was from China they said no they don’t sell junk. Told me it was a OEM part. Drive 30 minutes to get there they gave me the part looked at it said made in China. I was so mad then the seller lied and said he didn’t say that. They tried to rip me off. I wouldn’t trust this place at all. Unless you want to get Chinese parts very dishonest people

I have now been waiting 1.5 years on my license plate for my trailer through them. Every time I call, they tell me someone will call me back. I have received one email that says they are looking into it. I never receive a follow up on the problem. I don’t have my license plate because they messed up on my lender’s address. They said it was fixed around May 2020. I have yet to receive anything for it.

They had issues with a mechanic being in court which required me to wait 30 minutes. Another employee mounted my tire and there was no charge.This kind of service does not exist in the motorcycle repair business.Five stars.

Didnt actually go here but they did a great job at helping me over the phone.

Was just there to buy a oil change kit for my sons Maverick and they wanted 75$ for it, it wasn’t even Can Ams oil and wasn’t exact quanity. I went to Polaris shop down the road bought a Polaris oil change kit for my RZR that was exact quanity for 45$.

I have been to many bike shops mainly looking for information on side by sides. Honestly at Hidden Trails I got the most honest answers to my questions for my needs. No push trying to up-sale, genuinely asking for my specific needs and telling me the honest truth in what he had. Greatly appreciated honesty and for sure will go back in the future to look at other vehicles they have.

Great shop here. These guys are quick respond and follow up as promised. I actually bought a Haibike electric bike here and everything up front and follow up has gone well through them. Dont hesitate to give them a shot.

But hidden trails is #1 in my book...from the time they sale you anything, to way after the sale!! Also the safety factors he explained, how important your helmet should fit you. Im not happy at all with this place. The service was really friendly but Ive had my bike there twice to fix the same issue. First they put a new chain and front sprocket. Two weeks later the chain was junk. So I drop it off again and they put a better chain on witch they did cut me a brake on price, but when I picked it up it sounded worse then when I dropped it off, well I checked that new chain and it had tons of slop in it. Thats with zero miles on it. And the front sprocket was junk as well. When I took it to them the first time I said find out whats wrong and fix what ever it is or needs. Apparently that wasnt done!!

Not a very good experience, my husband order something from this place and was told it was delivered only to get to the place and find out it was on back order. this company didnt offer any kind of explanation or say sorry in anyway they just laughed about the situation.
