Pretty much has what u need or can tell u where to get it

I had no problems. Gave them part #, they ordered it with no shipping charge. Sure u can order stuff online for cheap. There are three places in the charleston area that deal with appliance parts. They seem to never have what u want in stock. One place wanted a $25 shipping charge for this $53 part.

Not a people friendly environment

Went by the store with my part in hand thinking surely they could find the part by the part number. The guy at the counter say he had to have the model number of the refrigerator to find the part. ???? He didnt even try and look up the part. Going the extra mile for the customer, he didnt even go an inch. I went to my car pulled out my trusty smart phone found the part online in like one minute. The exact part! Youve lost my business.

Called to see if they had a baking element for my stove. They did, thus the one star. But the girl who answered the phone told me they wanted 56 bucks for it! I was like, uh.... no! Went on Amazon prime and bought it for 17 bucks. Free shipping. And it was the original frigidaire part. Not a knock off. She quoted me a 39 dollar mark up without batting an eye! Who are these people?!

Very poor customer service. I’ve never actually been able to speak to anyone. As soon as the phone was answered, I got a, “Can you hold?” and before I could say anything I was on hold. Normally, that’s no big deal, but then I was hung up on before I could speak with anyone. I tried calling back again, and twice I heard the phone be picked up, talking in the background, and hung up. This company will not be getting my business.

The women answering the phone was totally unable to help me. Either she does not know the business or their system is not useful in locating parts.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service, had the parts I needed so I didnt have to order online.

Front desk person is rude.... careful ordering part from them..... they order them for you then say oh sorry that was a special order and non returnable after you get the part.

Says open, but not open. Got a dryer in the past and had for a week, then stopped working.

Had a rare part n price ok.

Not helpful at all. Ask one question and the immediate answer is nope, we dont.

Hours online says theyre open but they are not. Needed part in an emergency thought they would be there for me.

Apparently not open on Saturday.
