Very good experience with Holly, she spent lots of time with my husband and showed him lots of options for new hearing aids. Very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. The hearing aids he ordered were delayed (our insurance) and he was provided a loaner pair until they arrived. Holly even spent time setting those up to suit and ensured his questions were answered once he got home and started using the technology himself. Well recommended.

Excellent service. I brought in a hearing aid that needed repair, and it was done very promptly.

From Tiffany to Dr. Hollie to her apprentice (forgive me for not catching his name) my experience was the best I have ever had in my 28 years of dealing with hearing specialists. They were all beyond courteous and easily the kindest, most patient and sensitive hearing assistance service professionals that I have encountered since my hearing issues began. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone grappling with hearing loss concerns. They are incredibly conscientious about taking care of your hearing needs. Truly wonderful people.

Cleaned, checked with minor changes. Sound check completed and good suggestions made to improve hearing aids so they would be more comfortable. Overall good experience.

My daughters hearing needed to be tested because the pediatrician did a basic test and it showed some low frequency loss. The folks at HearingLife Chapel Hill, NC were so accommodating. My husband needed to get tested to program his hearing aid. On the spot, Tiffany and Dr. Hollie made an accommodation to test my daughters hearing during the same visit. My husband said that the people at HearingLife were the best hearing assistance consultants he has ever dealt with since his hearing problems began. If youre having hearing issues, I would recommend giving HearingLife a call. My husband said they are the best people around...remarkably patient and thorough and caring. He raved about Dr. Hollie, her apprentice, and Tiffany the receptionist.

These folks are exceptionally kind and helpful. My dad was in the hospital in Chapel Hill and his hearing aides stopped working in addition to all he was facing with surgery. HearingLife fixed them! Thank you so much Hearing Life!

Dr. Holle Bahen, Thomas and Tiffany were extremely competent, helpful and pleasant. They spent all the time necessary to explain the procedure and the results. They answered all questions and even provided exemplar hearing aids to demonstrate the difference between hearing now and with aids. They also welcomed me into the testing and consultation process with my Mother. Highly recommend!

They are very helpful. I complain a lot about the new hearing aids and they get me through it. Adjusting to these is hard for me but gradually I am settling in. At least today I am.

I bought hearing aids here in 2014. Another reviewer, who bought some soon in 2015, has written a critical review. That might be justified with regard to former staff, but not for the current staff. Ive been getting regular service there the last few years, and its been top notch and free of charge (because I bought my aids there). The receptionist, Nicole, couldnt be sweeter, and the technician, Keisha, is friendly and capable.

This office is now run by HearingLife rather than AccuQuest, and it is staffed by a lady with a doctorate in audiology, Dr. Hollie Bahen. She tested my hearing, took a history of my hearing issues, and asked me about medications that could affect the hearing. She was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The session was free, but since she had a doctorate, a person could ask their primary healthcare physician to refer them to her for an exam, and their insurance would probably pay for it. Medicare can.

Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of hearings aids 5 years ago. Ongoing problems with aids. Poor Customer service. Two locations in the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area. Hard to get an appointment. They never answer the phones or return calls. High pressure sales with no support after purchases.
