I ordered two Birthday presents from Edibles on Market Street in Chapel Hill. They were for different people but on the same day. Fruit Basket for one and Chocalte Covered Strawberries For the other.I told them what time I wanted to pick up the gifts and to my Surprise and Pleasure everything was Ready and the Fruit Basket was so Fresh and The Fruit was so good and Fresh as was The Chocalate Covered Strawberriies!Everything Was Excellent! Customer Service Was Outstanding!!! Will be ordering from here again!I Highly Recommend This Business!!!Thanks For Making It A Special Day For Everyone🥰

I received a lovely gift of fresh strawberries with all the fixings to dip in chocolate. They were delicious.

When I entered no one said something and we tried to buy something they dont even know the price and they seemed rude. And too expensive. Not giving away money to a business with bad service. NEVER COMING BACK!!

Placed an order for a friend to arrive same day due to a sudden passing. Even though they were super busy with deliveries and fulfilling orders, Drew at Edible Arrangements made sure to get mine delivered while Im miles away. Great customer service and felt like my order was just as important as the others.

I have tried my best to support business through this pandemic but I will never support this one again. The delivery is slow. No one answers the phone.This would be the second time they ruined an event of mines. Never again will I support them and will let others know about this experience.

I would give this place a big fat 0 if I could. I literally went in at 9 am ask what time it would be delivered the delivery location was exactly five minutes down the road from there location and here it is 2pm and still not delivered. Then she has the nerve to say well we can still get it there before 5 PM yeah right refund my money and I will never use them again third time out of 5 yrs my order has never made it on time never use Durham nor Chapel hill locations they are the worst. Maybe someone else should open another business and give them some competition and get people orders out in a timely manner!!! Shoot I got my half looking for a business partner lol.

I was out of town and couldn’t receive my arrangement. They worked with me to redeliver when I was available and it was as fresh and delicious as always. Excellent service!

From the time I called in to the store the lady seemed to be annoyed. Ive been craving edible arrangements so I decided to look over that and go in anyway. There was instant negative tension from the lady at the counter. She was very cold. No smile. I felt as if she did not want to serve me and shed wish she could just ask me to leave. I asked for apples strawberries and pineapples. I waited patiently, she brought apples strawberries and bananas. She assisted with a nasty nice tone thats what I ordered, but I know for a fact I didnt because this box was for my husband and he cannot eat bananas. She snatched the box back without apologies and came bck with small strawberries and said thats the best I can do because.....? No worries I hope she has a better day. I will never go to this store again. I used to work for edible arrangements and we did not treat guess that way.

I purchase Edible Arrangements several times a year for family in different states and this location is extremely helpful every time. A favorite gift every time!!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO star rating!!! First time and I would not go back!!! The cashier was sooooooo unfriendly!!!! She had​ this look on her face like WHY ARE YOU IN HERE! I stood there a few minutes hoping she would ask me how she could help me or can I make any suggestions, but she never did...She just stood there like WHAT! So I walked right back out!!! I wanted a smoothie sooooooo badly but I wasnt giving my money to a business that appeared to not want to serve me!!!

If I could give it a no star I would. Terrible customer service. Never going there again. They were rude and inconsiderate. First walk in, cashier is against the wall, arms crossed, no smile, no greeting, no nothing. Just immediately asked if I was picking up, which I was not. I asked about the chocolate covered strawberry bites that come in cups to which she replied we dont do that which was a lie because I had previously bought it before. I stood there in confusion as they stared at me like I was an idiot. So I asked again and even explained and she completely ignored it and proceeded to say yeah we dont do that here. I then called and was told that they do not do that on holidays which to my surprise is odd given people often go to Edible Arrangements for such things. Why couldnt I have been told that from the beginning instead of saying we dont do that as if they dont do it at all. Also, there was no need for an attitude. Couldve gone about it in a much nicer way. Terrible, just terrible.
