Amazing experience. We were looking for a used minivan (an impossible find this year), and came across a Toyota Sienna from Scott in remarkable condition. I was skeptical buying from anything/anyone that wasnt a huge car lot, but Scott provided an excellent experience. The van was checked out by a mechanic before we arrived, and now we drive 45 minutes because we love Scotts mechanic so much. Scott patiently and kindly answered all our questions (and we had a LOT of questions.) He saved us the time and stress associated with lot hopping to find the ideal car. We were completely unfamiliar with buying a car through a wholesale dealer. It is now our new standard for car buying due to the time and money savings involved. Our recommendation would be to have a good idea of your parameters in a vehicle and then trust Scott to find it.
