Pleasantly surprised would be the best short answer to my experience with Jennifer the wireless sales rep.Jennifer went above and beyond by helping me correctly fit my screen cover “it had been put on backwards at the previous store i had visited “.She then successfully closed and wiped my old i-phone and i-pad, after which helped me set up and understand my new device’s while also helping me understand my bill. thank you so very much for helping me!

Im NOT leaving 5 stars for Russell Cellular.These 5 stars for Jennifer at the Chanute, Kansas store!!After 3 trips to the Independence store (and my account being turned over to the fraud department not once...but twice 🙄) and 3 trips to the Chanute store, she was the one to finally get us set up with an account/phones! She was the only one we dealt with that was more concerned about getting our account set up correctly than trying to sell us the newest phones and lots of gadgets to go with it.

Have been extremely helpful in getting all of our electronic devices.. worth going for sure..Havent had issues since we started with them.

My experience today with Ron was very pleasant professional he is always a go to guy when your having issues and he doesnt look down on you for not knowing how to do what is needed so in a ball he is this stores star

Representative was pleasant at first but did not seem to know what he was talking about. Did not seem to be interested in finding out what was actually wrong with the phone or even suggesting a replacement for a month old phone. Will go elsewhere for next phone.

The young lady that helped the last couple of times I have been in the store needing help with my phone, was able to fix my phone in short order. Ended up ordering a new phone

So, the first time we went in wasn’t all that great, but this time we got the help we needed. They tried to offer me the 64g pink iphone11ProMax, but it wasn’t the phone I wanted. So she ordered the phone I did want. I get to keep my old phone until it comes in. We will get a rebate for bringing our own phone even though I had to buy a new one.

I walked in as a straight talk customer, and left as a Verizon customer. Josh was pleasant, and knowledgeable. Super happy I have my phone back.

This store is NOT a core store. There are very little things that this store can do when it comes to changes to your actual plan, it is a retail store. The products they have on hand change and are not always what they show on the displays. With that in mind, the people that work there are helpful and accommodating.

Went in a month ago, no one was in store the dude came rushing in back door and smelled horrible of cigarette smoke, then he was so unhelpful and rude i ended up just leaving the store and ordering a new phone online.Seemed as if i was incovincing him by trying to get a new phone.

Do not use this store! The representatives lie about pricing on plans in order to get you to switch! Specifically, after I received the bill estimate from Verizon and went back to the store, the representative admitted she was new and that she and another employee used a calculator to determine the monthly bill because they couldn’t figure it out, a fact she omitted when she gave me the cost. She also failed to mention the prorated first bill that was going to be over $280.Go directly online and speak to a representative. The online Verizon representative will send the bill estimates to your email while you are on the phone.Beware! All this store wants is your money! Do not trust anything they say!

I love the place good customer service, knowledgeable and kind. They really take their time with you to help you out. Deanna was like a diamond. A perfect rep if you will. She helped with everything I needed and some things I didnt even know I wanted.

When you go in to inquire about a business account and they cant let a toddler who is potty training use the bathroom, yes you just lost our future business with you!
