Absolutely disappointed in the customer service and quality. I’ve had these pillows for several years and decided to take covers off for a good clean. Opened it up to find this, see photos. The pillow inserts of all FOUR pillows are still intact but have all but lost all their down. Another workroom I work with has never seen anything like this and we’re completely appalled by the quality. No intact insert should ever do this, regardless of the time passed. They are simply horribly made.The manager had not even an “I’m so sorry” not to mention my additional expense or troubles, only you’ve had them too long. The feathers have ruined the zippers of the covers. This is absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT TRUST their product or then. You get what you pay for.

Worth the drive if you are not local. Vast selection of fabrics and remnants. I am mid project and headed back because of the selection and because Elizabeth was so knowledgeable. She knows the fabric books so well that she can pull just the right books for your style…and often pint you right to one that fits what your looking for. Amazing. They also had a large trim selection.

Huge selection of fabric. I didnt know there was a fabric store in town, and was so happy i found this one. Its a bit of a treasure hunt. There are lots of precut pieces, but i spent a good deal of time looking through rolls and rolls of fabric that lined the walls. Everyone was so helpful. They have such a massive selection. You could get lost in there looking through them all.

Great locally owned fabric shop. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I spent about an hour and a half looking through fabrics for my sofa, I was never rushed, all my questions were answered, I left happy with my purchase. Their prices are very reasonable.

Impressive however they did not have the fabric I was looking for a dress. The lady said she will try to get it for me next week. Its mostly for upholstery and you can definitely find a ton of fabrics.

Ive been in a LOT of fabric stores over the years for drapery and upholstery fabric. This was the worst ever. Its disorganized, VERY messy, prices on maybe 30% or less of the fabrics. Youre unable to navigate some of the isles because of the horizontal bolts cramed up against the vertical ones. Staff was having a lovely time with one customer chatting for a long time while I wandered around trying to figure out how the store was laid out and what was there. No one asked me anything.But the worst part was how the bolts are stacked vertically maybe 10 deep, making it impossible to see what was even there. Im 52 so could only get a glimpse of the tops of the bolts. I finally gave up.Im usually pretty understanding and have never posted a bad review but the owners should see this. Sorry.

This is upholstery heaven on earth. The quality of their fabric and selection is just amazing but the price is a little high (ave. $30/yard). I hope they fix their organization and layout. you can only have a good look on fabrics in the first layer. The staff offered help if i find something but the rolls are about my height so looking past 2 layers is almost impossible. Wishing success for your business!

The selection here is amazing. People were complaining about the mess but quite honestly this is a proper fabric store. The fact I can find a unique fabric and walk out of the store with it that day without ordering is what makes this fabric store desirable.Great costumer service.

The fabric selection here is amazing. They offer more upholstery type fabrics than clothing fabrics though. However, I was looking for costume fabric and still found more than plenty that it was hard to narrow down my selections. The most impressive thing to me about this location is their trim selection. They have such beautiful and detailed trim, if that’s what you’re looking for I think this is a good place to explore.

My loveseat was delivered and I am thrilled with the job the upholsterers did! I visited the store in Chantilly only two weeks ago and it took a while to choose among the thousands of fabrics and trims. Owner Roxy was so helpful offering great suggestions and understood my tight turnaround. She is a dream to work with! I couldn’t be happier nor could I recommend Haute Fabrics any more enthusiastically.

Unbelievable selection, actually overwhelming amount of fabric, with bolts stacked upright by color family, along walls of a vast warehouse. No prices posted, which would have been helpful but didnt bother me. Roxene was very helpful encouraging me to make a bold choice. She has obvious experience as a designer and I appreciated her advice. Awesome place!

The selection is overwhelming but in a good way! I was unaware when I decided to check out the shop but its almost exclusively upholstery fabric. They have an excellent selection of gorgeous silks in the back.

I stopped in yesterday on my way to the post office. I was a little taken aback by the showroom. My thought was, well I guess they opened early and havent really taken the time to really set up. No prices marked on anything, any where. Weird. Well its clean, no big deal, but Im thinking to myself, is this all there is? I walk around the displays and see there is an entire warehouse filled with fabrics. I decide to go look around. I wasnt impressed. Im sorry but this place is complete chaos. No rhyme or reason to any of it. I am hoping after it is open for a bit, it will be more organized. Some how. Nothing has a price tag, any type of marking what so ever. Not even a suggested retail price. I asked the owner about pricing and I was told they do not mark prices on any thing, to just ask but everything is below wholesale. Well, I wont ever just ask. Sorry.I was completely disappointed by the lack of ....I do not even have a word to describe it. I am a person who really loves her fabric, but I do not want to talk to people or ask for a price. It just seems very shady to me. Let me see the price and I will probably buy it, and a lot of it! But I do not want to feel judged while shopping. This policy of no pricing is a complete turn off for me. The complete lack of any organization did not help. I am sorry, I really wanted to love your store. I really wanted to support you. Hoping after a month or so, the chaos is less chaotic. This store reminds me of a less organized t j maxx.I will update if I revisit.
